Excellent Boot- I am very happy with the way this boot looks and fits. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, so the durability remains to be seen. But so far I am happy with both the boot and Zappos.

I purchased these boots about a month ago. I have worn only these since then. I have VERY large and VERY wide feet. The D was too narrow, so I returned for the EEE and they are great! I work in the Oil and gas industry and they stand up to anything I want them to do, be it walk, run, climb, These boots will do it all!

The Caterpillar Alaska FX Steel Toe boot is a very great boot that I have been wearing for years. They feel great and look very sharp. I wear my CATS as an everyday boot, you just can't beat the feel and look. They are great for any work and any job. You will not be disappointed with this boot. I just put my boots on and I knew when I looked at them they were not going to be quite wide enough. I got a 13 EE. Everyone has unique shaped feet. Mine are wide at the end and narrower near the ankle. Well, these boots are a little tight near the end and loose near the ankle. I guess I will wear them and see if the stretch. They look well made. I have two pairs of New Balance 8888 basketball shoes in 13EE and they fit like a glove. I thought these would to. Oh well.

Love them. I'm on my 2nd pair (accidentally left the 1st pair when I moved). Great looks, great grip, and they can take a serious beating. While providing exceptional protection and utility, these boots have performed greatly when it comes to comfort. I strongly recommend them.

For my husband. He loves the overall looks, but says they are heavy boots. He has narrow feet, so the laces are beginning to get closer to the metal loops that hold the laces.
