Very pretty, but disappointing. Fits through the hip accurately but cannot adjust the drawstring much and is way to big through the waist. Cannot adjust the waist enough. Also, does not stretch at all. If you have no waist (are basically straight up and down, it may work for you.

Cannot adjust the waist much and it is quite large through the waist. True to size in the hips. If you are basically straight up and down may work for you. If you are smaller in the waist than the hips, probably will be too big. Also does not stretch.
