A very popular ballet shoe - Quality ballet shoes for your young girls. Has the elastic band to go over the ankle area so the shoes don't fall off. Also has the elastic string around the top of the shoe to keep the shoe fitted nicely. However, the bow may come loose or be pulled out. Recommend double knotting this string, or perhaps Capezio can provide an improvement for this condition in the future. We've also been tucking in the bow into the shoe.

Wonderful slipper - This was a great buy for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. Excellent quality but buy one full size larger for perfect fit. She wears them around the house as much as she does to ballet class.

Exactly one full size smaller than Danskin - I ordered these in a size 13 as my daughter was growing out of her size 12 ballet shoes from Danskin. These turned out to be the exact same size as her old shoes. Nice shoes, but buy a size larger than you think you need.

Very nice - These ballet slippers are wonderful. I had first bought a pair at a local shoe store but they were so narrow and the material was not genuine leather. I ended up returning them and purchased these. Far better quality, real leather that will shape to your child's feet.--But what this website doesn't tell you in the description is that you need to order a full street shoe size up. (You can read that on the Capezio website).

Cute ballet shoe, decent price - I ordered a size 9 for my daughter who is just barely an 8.5. They were a little loose, although they fit fine once you adjust the tie in the front. So far they have held up well.

Perfect for your baby ballerina - We bought these for my daughter who takes classes at a professional school. They are great. Fit seems slightly small, but there is a way to tighten them with the string tie. She seems to have a much better grip on the floor now - no sliding during dancing!

Great ballet shoe! It seems to be a size larger than regular shoes, but you can cinch it easily with the tie.
