This is exactly what I was looking for, but it was too small. I would recommend going to the next larger size.

I bought these for my modern dance class. I bought them a size up because another review said that if you have wide feet, go up a size. Well, I figured for my caliber of width, I had to go up two. I bought the XL not long after buying these and they are amazing! So, if you have a foot width of 2E and up, go up two sizes from your shoe size. The stars I give are for the XL.

These work great for their intended purpose (cushioning the ball of the foot while dancing or doing yoga) - but, if you are thinking of buying them for added cushioning inside shoes, you should look very carefully at the cut of the product. I thought I might be able to use them inside a few pesky pairs of expensive shoes that rub blisters, but no go - these come up high enough on the foot to show quite a lot. But again, for their intended purpose, I love them. I wear wide shoes, bought the XL size of these, and they are comfortable and secure. My only wish is that Capezio would realize that there are many shades of human skin - the "nude" is really a medium tan, way darker than my Nordic skin, but much lighter than my best friend's coppery skin. For dancers who want a barefoot look, more color choice in this product would be a very good thing.

I got the Capezio Foot Undeez to wear in the pool during my hour-long Aqua Fitness class, 5 days/wk, for seniors. They are perfect! Plenty of traction to hold position on the floor of the pool during all those twists and Sketches, and they tolerate pool use as well as the heavy water-laden water shoes. I recommend a size (or two) larger for pool use. I prefer XL. (I use the M size for my home treadmill.) I love them for Aqua Aerobics!

I didn\'t wear flip-flops before because they hurt between the toes, but this really helped with that problem. I\'m really glad I bought them.

These toe and ball savers are really worth their price. Amazing how little support is needed under the toes to make my feet comfortable when dancing or walking.\r\nGlad I found them!

Size up if you are in between or wide - I am usually a 7 or 7.5 but I have kind of wide feet. I ordered the small because that what was recommended, but they were definitely too tight. So I got them in medium & they feel much better. I know it's supposed to be a little snug, but for my wide feet, they were pushing my toes out of place. I have not had a chance to use them yet, will probably give them a whirl on Sunday.

I have trouble finding underwear that fits because my left leg is larger than my right. Since these accommodate 4 toes on one side and one on the other, the size comes out perfect.

Love these! My feet perspire and I slip and slide doing sun salutations, these worked great for keeping me from sliding. They're comfortable, I hardly notice I have them on. I have tiny feet and these slide up a little bit during more active classes, but overall - they're worth it!

Love em! I love these. I've owned similar products in the past, and they don't even compare. These stay on your feet pretty well and are comfy to turn in by themselves or add a little extra protection when turning in socks. I wore them under my American Apparel knee socks at LADF (dance convention) all weekend and it made my feet so much happier. I would not, however, recommend wearing them for the hour drive home... they are meant to be moved in. Btw, I own the nude colored ones, which don't seem to be offered on this site... they also make polka dotted and leopard print ones, but they're made out of a different material and don't stay on your foot quite as well. Also, they're not called foot Undeez because they go under things (they can, but don't have to)... they're called Undeez because they look like tiny briefs.

No blisters! Happy feet for Nia. These transformed my Nia experience: no more blisters, fewer calluses, and more fun dancing. They look cool and feel great. Every time I wear them in class, people ask what they are and want to buy their own Foot Undeez!

I wear a size 11 1/2 and have a reg to narrow foot. Way too tight. Since I had read the reviews, I also ordered a XXL which is for size 14-15. That one I'm keeping. These are sized about 2 sizes too small unless you're into torture.
Brands I'd also recommend: this is the only show in town for this type of product.

Great concept. The product looks well made and indeed when I step on it I can tell that it cushions the foot in strategic spots. Unfortunately, I can't use it. I ordered the large, but it runs narrow (my foot is a true 9.5-9 3/4 medium.) This makes my toes feel crunched together, which means, that despite trying it on several times to give it another chance, I will have to return it. Also, give what we know about foot health and the importance of keeping toes spread, I would have liked to see the same concept applied to a five-toe undies.

I don't have a really wide foot at all, but these were wicked tight on me. I would have been ripping them off in minutes. They are well made. I wanted them to wear with tango heels to help the ball of my foot a bit.

Ended up with a pair of dance shoes that were a 1/2 size too big (didn't realize until wearing them a few times, and they stretched). Foot Undeez were the perfect answer! They protect my feet from rubs (which can cause blisters, ouch), and push my foot back a bit in the dance shoe, which means I don't have such a big gap behind my heel. I ordered my regular size, and the Foot Undeez fit perfectly. Foot Undeez will work under stockings, too.
