This would be good for walking but it does not work well for running. The weight of the water causes the adjustable belts to continuously get loose. You will spend most of your run trying to adjust the pack.

Love this! I am training for a 60 mile walk and this is perfect for training walks. Provides enough to drink and a space for my cell phone and key and pedometer. I even bought one for my walking partner.
