I am 59 years old and 2 years post radical prostatectomy. I first heard of these underwear on a support group for prostate cancer survivors, so I bought some. I will tell you this; these are the most comfortable and supportive underwear I have ever worn. I wish I would have had these a long time ago. I told my wife that these underwear could be compared to the most supportive and comfortable bra she had ever worn. The quality, comfort, and satisfaction are excellent. You won't be sorry for buying these underwear.

Wore Jockey low-rise briefs for many years - until the cut became inconsistent and the quality dropped off. Bought two pairs of these Calvin Kleins - one in black, one in grey. The black pair fit perfectly. They are true to size, and finally, someone made a pair of cotton briefs that were made to fit a man. But the grey pair (same size) don't fit correctly. Not sure if it has anything to do with the color/dye, and the material is supposed to be identical to the black ones. But the legs seem like they're cut larger/looser, and there's less room in the rear. The fabric also feels weaker/thinner than the black pair. If the grey ones fit like the black pair I received, I'd give 5 stars.
