I bought these to supplement a pair that I have had for years. You know how hard it is to replace your favorite underwear! So I bought the mediums thinking my old pair were baggy from all those years. I was wrong. The mediums make them too tight for my 34 inch waist. If you want baggy in the legs, buy them an inch larger than your waist.
