Calvin Klein Shane

I was really excited about getting this shoe, especially close to a wedding trip I had planned (first shipment, came with the wrong shoes but Zappos gave me a credit). They finally arrived and I tried them on right away. At first the shoe felt a bit narrow, so I figured they just need some breaking in, which was the case after a few times of wearing them for extended periods of time. However, after about the 5th or 6th time wearing for long periods of time, in the office for example, I noticed something strange. The metal buckle put a ton of pressure on my feet causing agonizing pain. Even after taking them off, which was a struggle at times, my feet would continue to hurt from this. I kept checking the size to ensure it was correct and there was no mistake made but everything was according to what I ordered. I'm 27 and have been working in a professional office environment for years. So I generally purchase 5-8 pairs of shoes annually. My shoe size varies between 10-10 1/2. I opted for 10 1/2 because of its narrow style. I tried them on multiple times after hoping the shoe will somehow break in more but things kept getting worse. One time is was so bad, I had to spend the entire day at my desk without shoes on because again the pain caused by the metal buckles became so agonizing. After about 10-15 times of wearing them I started to get red pressure marks on top of my foot and swelling was caused by this. I have not worn them since. The shoe itself looks really good and works for multiple occasions. The shoe is very light and the grip is perfect for any surface. That is really the only good thing I have to say about the Calvin Klein Shane model.
