I love this dress. I don't have tons of money to spend on a formal wardrobe- and I still working on my last 15 lbs. of baby weight- so I wanted something that was a) flattering b) forgiving and c) versatile. This dress is it! The front of the dress is ruched, the front hangs a bit longer than the back because of the overlay (not sure if that's the technical word for it). I wore it with a bright turquoise shawl and some funky jewelry for a wedding, a red wrap for church on Christmas...and I know I could wear it with a coat or by itself for a funeral. It really is exactly what I was looking for! The neckline is so pretty, and it's comfy to dance in :) For those who are looking to match their body type: I'm kind of an exaggerated hour glass. I'm 5'6'', 38E bra, size 12/14 pants, but a small waist. I run, so my calves and thighs stay kind of muscular, but this dress evened it all out. Miracle worker dress!

I am so glad , to have made this purchase. It is not only comfortable, But is an eye catcher. It goes beautifully with my animal print shoes and then some!!!!! Thank You Calvin for creating a beautiful dress!

I had to buy a dress for a black and white wedding. I normally wear a 10 or 12 depending on style. I bought this dress in a 10 and the fit was nice. I have a 36DD chest and this dress balanced me out nicely. The fabric was pretty and comfortable. The style hides any bulges in the front. But the back was not so flattering to my bulges. The sleeve length is great for those over 40 arms. Overall it is a comfortable, classy dress but it didn't make the cut because of the back. You should definitely try it on because it is a great dress.
Brands I'd also recommend: Calvin Klein, Three Dots, Camuto, Tahari
