Finally... I have been searching for the perfect black heels for at least a couple of years. I am very very picky and knew exactly what I was looking for-plain black leather, not too tall, not too pointy, and comfortable. I ordered a couple pairs from Zappos and was very happy to find the Calvin Klein Dolly. My only complaint is a lack of arch support. Other than that they are great! The shoes arrived the next day!!! And returning was easy!

Incredibly comfortable! I was having a hard time trying to find a classic pair of pumps in navy. So I bought this pair not expecting very much. But when I put these on I couldn't believe how incredibly comfortable they were. The look was definitely the style I was looking for in a classic pump. Heel height was perfect and they fit both feet equally. Calvin Klein has this new type of sole that should be mandatory in every pair of women's shoes. It is soooooooo comfortable, that you could easily wear these shoes all day and I don't think I have ever said that about a pair of heels in my life. I just don't understand why it took so long to create a pair of women's heels that actually look attractive, fit great and most importantly feel so comfortable.

I ordered the velvet brown and loved the color. I agree with the other reviewer about the toe strap being a bit snug, so it's good to know that it stretches out. That was the only area with which I had a fit issue. They seem to run true to size. I think they are a great fashionable style, without being too trendy.

Exactly what I wanted - I went to Zappos looking for a classic black heel, and found that in this shoe. It is the most comfortable high heel I have ever worn!

I love this shoe. The heel is the right height for me and very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. The only fault is that the sole is not suitable for dancing as it is rubber.

Comfy right from the start - Tried on 10 pairs of pumps in a range of prices - decided on these. Wore them, no hose, for two straight days and no sore feet or blisters. Good for running thru the airport, too.

Great classic pump - This is a great classic pump... not too much heel if you have to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. I did find the heel to be a bit wide, but a pair of inserts corrects the slippage. Definitely would suggest this shoe to anyone looking for a simply, yet stylish business shoe.

Calvin Klein Dolly - Nice looking well made classic pump and great fit. Felt immediately comfortable which is mandatory for shoes I purchase. The non-slip sole is a great feature. It would be nice to have this on more shoes.

Class perfection - I loved the classic look of this shoe, and was even more impressed with the fit and comfort. Not only does the show look great on, it is incredibly comfortable to wear, even all day. The non-slip cushion on the bottom is a genius idea. I have narrow- to average-width feet, and was truly happy to find a pump that actually fit well and was true-to-size. I usually wear a size 9.5, and this Calvin Klein pump was no exception. I plan to order more CK pumps with the brilliant non-skid sole. These are comfy and will never go out of style.

Great basic pump - This is a well-made, classy pump in good quality black leather with a slight shine. It is very well engineered - I typically wear flats but the balance of this shoe was comfortable enough that I could wear it the whole day with minimal discomfort. The top of the shoe is cut rather low - it reveals just a hint of toe cleavage on me. I also have narrow feet and this shoe worked well for that.

Great shoe. Not as comfortable or as cute as Calvin Klein’s Lucia, but they don't make that style anymore. Still, extremely comfortable and great quality. Walked 6 blocks in them and was still able to dance all night after! Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of heels!

A plain pump - These shoes are indeed comfortable with a good heel height for work. Felt true to fit but I did need to get add in a non-slip pad in the back of the shoe. The look is very plain and will work well if you don't want to draw any attention to your feet.

Classic Pump - At last, a beautiful classic pump with a stiletto heel in a narrow size! I bought these in black, brown, and blue, they are all very nice. Considering the heel height, they are pretty comfortable and don't cramp my toes. They don't have much padding, but the presence of a rubber pad on the sole for traction seems to cushion the ball of the foot a little bit.
