Having used this pan since Christmas almost every day, my wife and I can both say we love this cookware. It is exceptionally easy to clean, the non-stick surface is excellent, and it is really good looking. It is our every day cookware. We have a stainless steel AllClad set that cooks well, but is really difficult to clean. We had purchased a "bargain" set of non-stick enameled steel cookware made in Spain two years ago that showed wear in the first week of usage (the non-stick surface was very delicate). This Calphalon is performing very well in every day usage. Cleaning by hand is recommended to keep the anodized finish looking new, and so far just a rinse and swish with a soapy brush cleans everything like new and no scrubbing of any kind needed regardless of what we cook!
