This is a great wok for stir fry and many other foods. I use this pan for heating and browning meat because the high sides cut down on the splattering mess around the stove. Even heating is great on the flat bottom design. The non-stick surface is great for pan flipping whatever you are cooking and the clean-up is real easy. Good heavy pan and it fits nicely if you have a gas stove with a wok adapt grill system.
