In connection with a restructuring of our business, we have updated our Privacy Policy.  Although the substance of the policy is effectively the same as in the past, there are some changes. For example,

• The updated policy no longer refers to the Free Clothing Giveaway as it is not currently offered on our website.
• The updated policy now refers to contests and sweepstakes, as we may offer either or both on our website from time to time.
• The updated policy allows information to be shared among Zappos.com, Inc. and the affiliates it controls.
