- Melt away rough and unsightly cuticles with this magical nail treatment.
- Gentle cuticle exfoliation will gradually decrease cuticle size and hardness, until they are constantly thin, soft, and easy to deal with.
- To use:
This treatment can be used either over lacquer, under lacquer, (or preferably both). Apply one coat every day for seven days, then remove everything from nails and begin again. Do this for one month. This product is most effective when used in a "one month on, one month off" fashion. - Listed ingredients:
