Zappos accidentally shipped me this same item but in navy blue instead of black. I used the live chat option and they were incredibly helpful and promised to switch it back right away. Joe K offered to upgrade the shipping for free to make sure I received the correct item as fast as possible. Thanks so much Zappos for your excellent customer service!! I also love the product, it seems very durable. I will definitely be shopping here again!

This item was so cute, but it didn't fit my 11" MacBook Air. I tried the bigger size for 11-13" laptops as well, and that didn't fit either. I hope Built NY will come out something in between so I can buy it. This seemed to be well made, plus it's washable, which is definitely a plus. If you have an iPad or a smaller netbook, I don't think you'll be sorry you bought this.
Brands I'd also recommend: InCase, Borsa Bella
