I had Brooks Adrenalines last year. I started getting knee pain and went to the local running shoe store for a fit. I went through several brands and after test jogging in the Trances, there was no comparison. Very comfortable. If you need a shoe with a lot of padding in the toe box, these are the shoes. I wear orthotics, and they work well in these shoes. I wear a 12 in work shoes but a 13 in these.

I think the Trance 8 was better. These 10s took a while to break in. About 40-50 miles before they felt comfortable. But overall pretty good.

I love Brooks they are great shoes. Before they changed the Beast that was the shoe for me! I returned the new beast to brooks and they were very good about my problem with the shoe and recommended the Trance 10. So I shipped my new Beast to them and they gave me a new pair of trance 10 said try these. Well, they are great; put them on and the first day knew they were it. But about 3 weeks to a month later it was like the inner support wore out the rest of the shoe is in great shape but the padding was like wore out. I'm a big man, 6' 4", 330, so support and padding is a must. I'm very happy with the shoe but not how long they lasted. For that price should be better; wish the old Beast was still around

This is my first pair of Brooks and I made a great choice. The first few miles running in these I could already tell the difference between these and my Asics 2140's. Perfect shoe for my moderate overpronate issue. The only down side is they only come in one style in wide, although this is a complaint with almost all brands. Zappos is one of the best companies I've done business with and they have earned all my future shoe/sock purchases.

Great shoe that keeps giving back. I have bad ankles and these shoes make running our walking a breeze with excellent arch support and to help with pronating.

I have spent a (long) lifetime with long, narrow, flattish feet and with shoes that "almost" fit. Well, these really fit! All-day comfort for the first time. I have two pairs, a half size apart - one for thin Cool Max running socks and the other for thicker "cozy" socks. The thin socks combined with the porous mesh is great for summer. No more sweaty feet. A truly great shoe, for me at least.

I wear these shoes to work. I am on my feet most of my 12 hour shifts. These are really supportive in the arch and so far have not needed my orthotic inserts. Normally I buy narrow fit, these shoes were bought in narrow, but feel a bit wide for narrow. One plus is they look pretty cool!

I researched these shoes prior to buying them, and they didn't disappoint. I don't use them for running but for comfort. I stand on concrete all day and these shoes have made the difference. After 8 hours my feet feel as good as they did at the start of the day. I bought 2 pair and will buy 2 more to put away for later use.

I walk an average of 9 miles a day. This is my 2nd pair of Trance 10's. Excellent arch and heel support. Size is true for an athletic shoe (one size larger than my dress shoe).

I've been running in Trance 10's since Brooks dropped the Infiniti's and am now on my fourth pair. It's a great shoe... no complaints. There's a reason why I see so many runners in Brooks; they make a great shoe.

I always buy Brooks but can never find my size (2E) carried in any store. Zappos always carry the 2E and they always get them to me the very next day. Zappos are the best. I'll never buy shoes of any kind from anywhere else.

Shoes are a very personal product. Running shoes, especially. Get a pair that are off by just a fraction and they'll kill your feet. Brooks fit me perfectly, whereas Nikes never have. I'm on my fourth or fifth (maybe sixth) pair of this line of Brooks shoes. When they wear out, I order the newest version of the same shoe from Zappos. Shipping is fast and they fit perfectly, every time. Thumbs up for both Brooks and Zappos.
