Bought these shoes today. Tried on a number of brands but kept coming back to this one. This shoe fit perfectly. Instantly, I was walking on clouds. Has a great heel to toe bounce. Maximum comfort and very light weight. I cant stop raving about this shoe! I will use this to run a marathon!

As Beck said 'Where it's at', those words aptly describe these handsome kicks. I have run in Asics, Mizuno, Saucony among other brands and the the Ghost 4's are a notch above. The construction is well rounded having all the necessary padding, support and durability without going overboard. In my third week now and loving each trip to the gym more and more.

The material inside the shoe, at the far end of the shoe laces, rubbed on the top of my foot. It felt something like a seem inside a shirt that is irritating. I did not keep them.
Brands I'd also recommend: saucony, adidas, maybe saucony...but have to try every shoe. nothing is consistent.

I love this shoe. Very stable and great cushioning, and to top it all off, it's good looking. This is my first experience with Brooks. I normally am an Asics loyalist, but now I will add Brooks to my brands when looking for a new running shoe, and so should you.

This is an awesome running shoe! The size is a little smaller than my true-fit, but it's not far off. I'm an under-pronator and my strides felt great on my first run with these. The cushioning is just the right amount and the shoe is very stable.

This is my first pair of Brooks. I'm an Asics guy. At first I thought they were too soft but I noticed that further into my run they felt a lot firmer, which turned out to be perfect. They are very comfy and I just love the way they fit and the way they look. I'm buying another pair! Two thumbs up for Zappos' service!

Great shoe. My last pair of running shoes was the Brooks Adrenaline 10. Wanted something that was lighter and a little more flexible and this shoe did not disappoint. I run with a mid foot strike and the ride was great. No break in needed, felt comfortable right out of the box. Good ventilation and nice road feel.

My first pair of Brooks. Very pleased with my choice. I wear EE/W so styles are much more limited. It was good to find something besides dull like typical red or dark blue.

This is a great shoe for those who do not need a large amount of arch support. I've had mild plantar fasciitis for a few years after running in shoes with a lot more arch support. After three months of moderate to heavy running in these, my plantar fasciitis has almost completely gone away. This is a very comfortable shoe with some nice style/features. Happy running!!

This is my third pair of Ghosts and second of the 4's. This is a great shoe that provides plenty of cushioning and just enough support. The 4's are better in the toe area than the previous model and fit better all around. I have a wide foot and appreciate that this shoe is available in different widths.

Was wearing Nike Air Pegasus 10.5 4E and loving them. Lost some weight and my feet shrank. Needed to go to 2E but couldn't find the Nike in my size. Bought these instead. Size is good, length and width good. Comfortable neutral shoe. Arch may not be as high or supportive as the Nike. I'm 51, 5'9, 175lbs, and run 7-10 miles a week- mostly on a treadmill. I enjoy cycling more, but running makes me a better cyclist.

I returned a previous pair of shoes that didn't look true to what the picture showed. Return process was easy and got this pair. Zappos has won me over.

Shoe size 10.5 and high arches, run 3 miles three times a week and walk 2 times a week. With the Ghost 4, great flexibility, good heel cushion, but forefront design is to be talked about. Although, I like the way you can feel the ground for greater push off and faster runs, the forefront has its downfall with this part of the design. The forefront cushion is in the center only. It almost like standing on a super flat rock placed in the center of the forefront of your foot, making the surrounding rest of the forefront go slightly downward, including your toes. This design also makes it obvious that center cushion is there, but feels harder the longer your wear them. Tested the Ghost 4 on the treadmill walking and jogging... The Ghost without inserts - not enough cushion. Then, with full inserts, which made the shoes too tight to wear. Although, they have excellent cushion in the heel, good support in the arch, again cannot get past that forefront design and how it makes the forefront of my feet sore after a short time of wear, such as only 1 mile into my 3 mile run or walk. Also bought a pair for my wife, she has low arches and average to narrow feet, runs and walks, plus used the Ghost to see how they would do with housework. However, she feels the same way I do, after a short period of time her feet hurt (forefront), but also said her toes went numb. Therefore, for us-both pairs are going back to Zappos.

I got these because I heard they were good for bigger people. I'm 6'5" 250lbs, and these are amazing. The forefoot support they have are excellent. Highly recommended.

Writing reviews for shoes can be tough because everybody's feet are different, but I will say that these shoes are very soft and comfortable. They seem to have a nice comfortable width, and the heel and arch support are excellent. The heel feels as spongy as my Nike Equinox that I paid dearly for. I would say that these shoes would be ideal for longer runs, and the Run Happy support bag that Brooks sent me in the mail was really cool, it included misc energy bars, sports creams, and a neat duffel bag. Good job Brooks on the Ghost 4.

I'm a huge Ghost 3 fan, but the Ghost 4 didn't work for me -- forefoot wider and overall feel is flat. Bring back the 3!

This is truly a great shoe. I have always worn Asics, but started having shin issues at half-marathon distances. This shoe corrected the problem for me. Width is great I am a true EE and these worked well.
