I wear a size 8 with a narrow to moderate width and these shoes fit me like a glove. I tend to underpronate so arch support is just right. I got green/orange combination and the colors turned out slightly wilder than expected but thats just fine for running. They are true to size and stay that way, no significant stretching after 6 mo of running.

I'm an ultramarathon runner who has been wearing Cascadia sneakers since 2007. I can't praise these shoes enough. I absolutely love them on the trails! When Brooks releases a newer version of the shoe, it keeps getting better.

They fit perfect and also comfortable...love them! I have a few of this brand (Brooks). I am very happy with them. If you have a wide foot, probably it will fit a little tight.
I'd also recommend: New Balance

I totally love these. Brooks is my new favorite brand. Zero time to break in. Fit like a cloud first time. Very well constructed and feels great. I'm flat footed and good arch support is hard to find. Very impressed and will be a future customers of Brooks.

These are great. They are roomy enough for my wide feet, and have lots of support -- and they fit true to the size they say they are. After returning countless shoes which were too tight or too small (thank you Zappos for your infinite patience and generous return policy). I am delighted with these. I'll use them for on the park trails with my dogs, and maybe even try running. They are light and sturdy but not bulky, and I like the way they look.
