My son uses this for soccer practice. It holds his water bottle, practice jersey, his ball (I didn't buy it expecting his ball to fit, but it does!), and it has a pocket to keep his cell phone away from his water bottle. Just what I needed, at the right price, and much more substantial than the "freebie" drawstring pack he was using.
