Just upgraded from the GTS 11s because I wore them out. The 12s have the same great fit and cushioning. There is a very noticeable increase in ventilation through the mesh areas, which is much appreciated. If you liked the GTS 11s, you will like the new GTS 12s.

Great shoe, initially. Started breaking down after 3 months. Plastic started cracking and support was gone after 4 months.

These shoes are great! I have loved every model of the Adrenaline. I have not noticed any striking differences in the feel of the 12 versus the 11, but that is good. I do not think that they needed to change anything as they are already a great product. I do love the new green and metallic color!

I like these even better that the GTS 11 pair I bought last year. I go through a pr of these every 6 months or so because I wear them all the time. Being a gal with luau feet (super wide) I can't get women's shoes that are comfortable enough. These are great and the 4E width works. I can fit a heel cushion in it too. They finally shortened the laces enough! I like the blue/gray color best. Nice big toe box!

I am really impressed with these shoes! They felt broken in as soon as I put them on for the first time. They are very light weight and comfortable, I have been converted to Brooks! Probably the best pair of shoes I have ever had on my feet. I'm thinking about getting another pair, but in a different color.

Disappointed to be honest. This was meant to be my 5th straight pair of Adrenalines and the sizing or stitching has changed to the point that it is simply too uncomfortable to wear. They have not made it out the house and are sitting there taunting me in their brand spanking new box. Wish I would have known this before buying from overseas. Major hassle to send back to the USA to take advantage of free shipping. Definitely smaller sizing than marked!

Right off the bat I wore these on an eight mile jog up 3,300 feet of elevation. It felt like I was on clouds. I am impressed.

My husband bought the GTS 11's last spring and that was his first pair of Brooks. He is a 'big and tall' guy and loves them. he just rec'd the GTS 12's and so far, they feel the same to him. He loves the support.

I switched to these after many years (20+?) of wearing New Balance. I'm a 41 year old, 260 pound triathlete (Clydesdale), and a midfoot runner who wears a 4E width. There aren't a lot of running shoes offered in 4E, but I've tried them all and returned all the others: primarily New Balance and Asics. I wore out a pair of the GTS 11 and now run in this new GTS 12. Other than color and a few minor visual changes I can't tell any difference between the GTS 11 and GTS 12. I wear 9.5 in NB and Asics and 10 wide in Rockport dress shoes, but 10.5 in these, so they're a bit small. Overall, I'm very pleased with the performance of these shoes, and shoes are difficult enough for my needs that it's a big deal. I'm also fairly happy with the price, though it's creeping up. If the toe box were just a bit taller they'd be perfect. More colors in the 4E width would be nice, but not necessary. I use these exclusively for running 4 days per week, typically 5k to 10k per run. Being a midfoot runner I can't comment on the heel cushioning at all: I wear out the sole under the metatarsals (middle of the shoe forward to the toes) and the heels appear completely untouched.

I bought theses shoes a few weeks ago and have run one 10K in them. Although I have never ran with Brooks shoes before, I have found them to be supportive and very comfortable. I have no issues with them. I will buy them again.

Ordered a pair of the Brooks GTS 12 after reading the reviews. The reviews were on the money. I wear a hard to fit 12.5 D width and these fit great. Am ordering another pair now. Very happy with fit and finish.

Another great addition to the GTS lineup. I have had the last three models and this one fits the same. Thanks Zappos for the great attention to detail.

The quality of this shoe is great, they seem very well made, and details are thoroughly considered. I'm running 30-40 mi. a week right now and found them to be a bit too firm, I'm a 200 lb runner. I typically run in Asics or the Nike Pegasus and have no problems with my knees or with cushioning. After about 70 miles in the Brooks Adrenaline 12 I started having knee issues. I have since stopped wearing them and recovered.
Brands I'd also recommend: Nike, Asics

I've worn Adrenalines since 2007, buying 3-4 pair a year. The Adrenaline 12 is much different from previous iterations. The sole feels thinner, there is less padding, and the heel slope seems flatter. My feet are very sore after a long run. If you wear a narrow, which I do, this shoe won't fit. When I lace up the Adrenaline 12s, the sides now touch and I can't get a tight fit. This didn't happen on previous models. I think the Brooks engineers, when removing padding and making a thinner sole, didn't take the greater volume into account, thus the true is no longer a real Narrow. I am sad to say that I am looking at other brands. I like Brooks, but the Adrenaline 12 is far outside what I have come to expect from that model.
Brands I'd also recommend: Asics, New Balance, LaSportiva

I've used the Brooks Adrenaline GTS line since GTS 7 and this model just reconfirms my loyalty. Most other shoes cause pain from my feet to my knees to my back, but these are exactly what I need.

Once I finally got down to what was an appropriate shoe for my foot, I looked for color options. As far as I know, I believe that Zappos.com is the only place you can purchase this colorway. They are great shoes thus far and not bad to look at either. I have gone through Mizuno Nirvana's and Inspire's, but these Brooks are the perfect blend of cushion and support.
Brands I'd also recommend: Mizuno Wave Nirvana, Nike Lunarglide 3+

I received my 2012 Adrenalins recently. They fit my foot and felt very nice to me on a 6mile run, right-out-of-the-box. I rotate shoes daily and still use the 2011's. On soggy days, the 2010's still work. They hold-up nicely for me. I'm 5'9 at 56lbs and average 36-40mi./wk, year-around. I rotate 3 pairs of shoes with a couple pair of special-use shoes mixed-in. An excellent mid-level shoe in terms of support. Highly recommended.

I have bought the Adrenaline line since 2010 when I got into triathlons. This year, I bought the Zappos Edition. The sole is still great, stable and comfortable, but the material in the top of the shoe is total crap. It stretches as I tighten the laces and I have no stability when I run. I put just under 5 miles on the shoe, have ankle and knee pain.
Brands I'd also recommend: Asics, Brooks
