Great pair of shoes!! I have had the Brooks Addiction Walker V-Strap shoes for a couple of months now and they are very comfortable. No break in needed. Felt great right out of the box. Good arch support and plenty of room in the toe box. I am going to buy another pair for when these wear out. Hope this helps.

My husband is a diabetic, stroke victim. Local retailers could not provide the shoe he needed. We took the information from his rehab, punched it into Zappos, and the shoes were here the next day. The service was amazing. I ordered shoes that did not fit (my fault), (they also were here the next day), returned them, and my account was credited immediately. Cannot imagine ever purchasing shoes from anywhere else. We are customers for life!

I am addicted to Addiction shoes! I buy 2-3 pair every year, but this was my first pair of V-straps. The shoe bed and all other features seem exactly the same, other than seeming just a tad longer than my regular pairs. The exposed velcro tends to pick up lint from my socks if I cross my ankles, too. This shoe and its' siblings are perfect if you wear orthodics and require above average lateral support!

I got these shoes for my son who has a physical handicap and can't tie shoes and Zappos is the only place I can seem to find good quality shoes with the hook and loop closures. These shoes are great. We experience a lot of ice on the ground and the traction on these shoes makes walking for him much easier. The fit was perfect. He says they are comfortable and he can walk better in them. And, they look nice. Almost nice enough to wear with his good slacks. I would definitely buy them again. Hopefully they will still be available when he needs a new pair.

These are the best walking shoes I have ever worn. They fit well, so far wear well, and the v-strap feature makes getting in and out of them a cinch. I keep the straps loose so I can easily slip into them without undoing the straps. I like the color, too.

The shoes are fine, but I wish they would tack the tongue down so it would not slip down in the shoe. My husband can not bend because of back surgeries and I take his shoes in to have a shoe repair man do this for him. I just cant say enough about Zappos service. It is the best I have had from any company on the web. I will keep getting shoes from them because it is so convenient.

These are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. There is good arch support, padding under the ball of the foot, adjustable velcro, good overall cushioning from the sole, and very comfortable to walk in all day long. My 90 year old mother couldn’t resist getting a pair for herself!

Best shoes I have had! Due to pedal edema, I had to exchange for a wider size, which was not a problem for Zappos. These new shoes allow me to walk comfortably, esp. since they have arch support and padding. With Zappos return policy, door-to-door delivery and no shipping/return charges, I was able to select this shoe, over many others, which was a real God-send for me because I am disabled and have much difficulty driving and have an unusually large-size foot. Thank you, Zappos!

I am 75 years old and my son suggested I try these shoes. They are the most comfortable, best fitting shoes I have ever owned. I was having back stress when I would go for my daily walks, but that has been corrected I believe by these shoes. The Zappos company has gained a new lifelong customer because of the way they handled the sale.
