These shoes are a little clunky looking, but extremely comfortable. They fit my narrow foot well. I have used them for long walks and lots of sightseeing and they continue to be comfortable.

These shoes are life savers! I had been in pain for months, not looking forward to walking everywhere in Greece and Turkey. The day after I received these, tendinitis pain, foot and leg pain gone! I still use with my orthotics, they fit in just fine, along with gel insoles. I wish there were more styles, that would be great. But anyone with foot or leg pain should give these a try, what have you got to lose - just a lot of pain.

I have to admit, I'm getting ready to order my 4th pair of these shoes. I love them! I also have over pronation and these are the most comfortable shoes I have found with great arch support!

The best walking sneaker I have ever gotten. I have bad knees and a bunion and I really struggle. I walked 8 to 10 hours at Disney and my feet and needs and hip did not hurt! Love these.

This is a great pair of shoes. I have very bad feet and no arch. I have to wear special orthodics, but, not with these shoes, thank heavens. You have to get half to a full size larger then your normal size. This is my second pair and I probably will not buy any other type of work shoe. I am a contractor with the United States Post Office and there is a requirement to wear only all leather uppers, non-slip sole type shoes and I hunted for a couple of weeks until I found them on Zappos. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Love this shoe for working out. My orthotics are very thick and fit perfectly inside this shoe. I have been purchasing Brooks for 5+ years!

After searching for months for a good shoe...this is it! I work in a special needs school on a cement floor lifting children all day long. I was experiencing foot pain every day in my arches and heels. These shoes are everything they claim to be and more. You can't beat the price on Zappos either.

I sent back a New Balance walking shoe, my usual brand, because they've been making the tongue so long it butts up into my ankle. Decided to give the Addiction Walker a try, despite the higher price. Move over NB, there's a new shoe in town. This Brooks was comfy right out of the box, with athletic socks on, with room for my custom orthotics and the tongue was just the right length. I have a new brand! Thanks Zappos for the fast service on returns.

I found Brooks shoes were sold through Zappos via the internet. Since I had a pair,still in wearable condition, I asked for the same style and size. They were shipped (free!) and turned out to be too narrow. When I called about that, a dear lady suggested I try the next width. I sent back the first pair and the new size was sent quickly to me...all free shipping! They are perfect. In fact today I saw my podiatrist and he said they are excellent shoes. Hooray! These were recommended by my doctor, as I have arthritis and plantar fasciitis. What a difference they have made along with the recommended treatments, I'm finally walking without pain. I got the wide and glad I did, it gives me plenty of room in the foot bed, so if I want to wear thick socks I can with no problems, and my ortho inserts, fit perfect.

This is a great shoe! Very well made and very comfortable. I have circulation issues in my feet requiring me to wear a very wide shoe. These did the trick. I may order another pair. Zappos was excellent as always!
