Brixton

I have been searching for a reasonably priced news boy hat for three years. When I found this through Zappos I was really excited. I love that hat! It was exactly what I was looking for. As for Zappos it is an awesome company and their customer service folks are the best. They are courteous, very helpful and very enthusiastic. I highly recommend Zappos to all my family members and friends. Also, I have gotten lots of compliments about my hat. I love it.

Love it. I might suggest ordering a size smaller than you think you need. I ordered a large and a medium and kept the medium. It is even slightly loose after a haircut and hats will tend to stretch a bit with wear. Just pop the one you don't want back in the mail.

It's a Brixton, it's that simple. Their hats are amazing. The style is simple and clean. And the patterns they offer are unique. If you're looking for a quality built, classic style hat, you've found the brand. I've had a Bridge for a couple years and decided it was time for a second Brixton. The Hooligan Taupe/Black Houndstooth was it. Looks good, fits well, and I can't wait til it fully breaks in. If you're unsure of size, I'd suggest visiting Brixton's website and follow their recommended sizing method. I did that before I purchased my first hat, and the size was spot on. NOTE ON COLOR! The color you see here on Zappos will not accurately reflect the color of the actual hat. It will be have a darker, vintage look. For example, my Taupe/Black Houndstooth Hooligan is shown here on Zappos as a redish/clay colored hat. The actual color is a darker brown, closer to taupe, go figure. I prefer the darker brown look to be honest, but the color difference was a bit of a shock. If you have the time, download the main pic of the Taupe/Black Houndstooth Hooligan, open it in Photoshop, use the Auto Color option first, then use the "Vibrancy..." tool, and set the vibrancy to -50 with saturation at 0. That should be closer to the true color.

Great hat excellent quality. Just heavy enough to keep your head nice a warm while winter golfing here in California.

I bought this hat as a surprise for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. It's a great simple, classic hat. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift, after he lost his first one. He loves this Brixton Hooligan style. It fits him perfectly. He wears it everywhere!

Nice hat. Might run very slightly small compared to other Large hats I've bought. Good quality at a decent price.

Beautiful hat. I've never been able to wear any hat because they always made me look like a twelve year old -- except this one This hat is stylish without being garish, refined without being pretentious, and high quality without breaking the bank. It's a lot softer and a bit darker than it appears in the photos, which is actually how I like it. I got grey/black herringbone color. The red satin lining in this version is so classy. I love the subtle little metal logo on the back left of the hat. It blends in, but gives the hat a tiny bit of edginess. The way the hat is cut is awesome. It keeps the hat low-profile so it isn't all puffy like other, similar hats. I would opt for the smaller of two sizes if you're on the fence on which one to get. I tried a small and medium, ended up returning the medium. I give this hat my highest recommendation.

Great casual hat bought as a gift. It does run a bit small, so if in doubt size up.

Nice shirt, Ive only recently discovered Brixton, their shirts look cool, fit me well. I'm 6ft and 175lbs.

I was a little worried that the large wouldn't be big enough for my head. I normally wear a 7 1/2, but I have a thick head of hair, and when it starts to grow out (as it is now) I have to go a size up. There's plenty of room inside this hat for my hair to grow out a bit and still fit fine. It's very comfortable and I love the look. My 8-year-old son loves it, too! I only wish the black was available in wool. Or maybe it is and Zappos just doesn't carry that one? Who knows. Anyway, I highly recommend this hat!

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and it was just what I wanted! It has a nice silk lining and good shape. My boyfriend keeps getting compliments whenever he wears it! Great.

Very cute hat. I bought this for myself, (I'm a woman). I needed something to put on, after taking off a motorcycle helmet. Can't help with the fit, just guessed, but a med. fit great.

Disappointed. These are your basic knit glove with a leather palm. They looked nice at first and fit well. The disappointment came when it only took a week for the stitching to come apart. For this price you'd expect something better than that. I've got gaping holes on both gloves where your thumb meets your hand, just shoddy product. Won't be buying Brixton anything again.

I bought this hat for a 1940's theme party for my husband, but he loves it so much that he actually wears it out. It is very stylish and makes my man look handsome. I love the small details it has like the brown ribbon and red and black feathers.

Cute hat for a woman too! This is cute and I expect to wear it year-round. I wish it came in 7 1/8, though. Then it would be perfect!

I really like this hat. Color and style are perfect for me. The material is lightweight and soft... not itchy at all. I have a 7 1/8 hat size and this fits snugly (but comfortably). If your hat size is bigger than mine, it might be too tight.
