The ultimate sock for comfort. Soft, fluffy underfoot, top not too tight. A bit disconcerting that they're "natural", not white. Very expensive -- they cost what I'd pay for shoes -- but wonderful.

I have been wearing Bridgedale Socks for several years, and would not change for any other. I have arthritis in my feet and ankles, and socks, as well as shoes, are vitally important to my comfort level. These particular socks wisk away moisture beautifuly, and have the right amount of support in areas where I need it. They also are wonderfully soft and comfortable. I am a die hard fan of this company!

Bridgedale™ starts by taking soft wool yarns and wrapping them with a durable microfiber yarn in a process called WoolFusion. This new yarn is then placed in areas of the foot where the most perspiration occurs or where maximum cushioning in needed. The wool yarns quickly absorb the moisture from the skin surface so the microfibers can transport it out of the shoe. Wool is also the best cushioning fiber so it also is placed in areas such as over the instep where protection from lace pressure is needed.
