"Thank you for your instant response for my situation. I have nothing but good to say about your customer service. My only regret is that I didn't shop at Zappos many pairs of shoes ago. Thank you again. I purchased a pair of Softwalks from Zappos in Las Vegas Nevada. I am diabetic and can not wear shoes with seams on the toes. This was the perfect shoe. I wore them for 1 week or less and I got the worst pain in my little toe on the left foot. I looked inside of the shoe and the leather was rolled up and had come away from the inside of the shoe. I spoke with one of the corporate employees and was instantly accommodated. She asked me a few questions and went to her corporate mgr and explained my problem. She asked for the name of the shoe and the size and the sku number. Within 24 hours the company, Zappos, sent me an email apologizing for the problem, told me to chose any shoe and it would be free. Their customer service is wonderful and instant. I chose the same shoe because they are the best feeling shoe I have ever worn. The Softwalks are by far the most comfortable shoe for standing and walking I have ever purchased. I stand approximately 13 hours a day at both jobs and I can not express enough how great these shoes are. They cost a bit much but for the comfort you can not beat this price. They are also very stylish and come in navy and black. I will recommend Zappos to all of my friends and most of my enemies. Thank you Zappos customer service."
