To Boot New York Reviews
This is a nice style, and they are very comfortable. They seemed to be good boots for walking to the train and then to the office and back. However they are poorly made and within a few weeks the right heel pulled away from the upper. That was very disappointing! I would not recommend these boots for people who plan to use them for walking.
These shoes look very cumbersome and much more than they really are. In addition, these shoes are very heavy and I cannot walk long in these shoes as my feet get tired quickly. The cost of these shoes is very high.

This boot is absolutely gorgeous! Ordered a 10 but too big...but the quality look & feel is amazing. Wish they had the 9.5.
This is the perfect looking, classic Chukka boot, vintage look, etc. But unfortunately they are not very comfortable. The Achilles tendon and the upper toes are being tortured. I was so hoping that they would get softer over time but a month later and only a little progress. It appears that TBNY has redesigned these shoes with another model that has a split at top of the Achilles heel. That may be the better solution. These are great quality, just not comfortable.
These are absolutely great shoes. The fit is phenomenal and I get compliments whenever I wear them especially with jeans!
I have to warn you to stay away, these are literally the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. The top part digs into your ankle with every step. I was wearing them around the house while getting ready to go out and I had to take them off before even getting outside, they are that bad. Too bad too, they are great looking.
I bought this shoe in Black last April for my wedding. I must say the shoe is well built and comfortable. It has a '20s appeal to it. I got several compliments. I was quite impressed with the quality of the rubber sole instead of the leather sole. The rubber stands up just as well and is just as durable. Although , you can't take anything away from the leather heel but the price. Overall 5 stars.
The heel completely deteriorates within the first 2 months and shockingly poor quality heel for the price.
These are those old shoes that finally acquired that perfectly worn look and feel, right out of the box.
Great looking suede casual boot. Quality appears to be on par with other To Boot New York products. However, it fits very large. I've experienced this with other To Boot shoes as well. I returned the pair I ordered and will try a full size smaller.
I have been looking for a double monk that did not cost a mint. This one costs a bit more than I usually pay for Too Boot, but it is a good buy, and I did not have to be concerned that it would sell out.
Great look, good fit (although it runs a half size large). However, the finish is very easily scratched with natural/whitish leather underneath. The leather wasn't fully dyed--the finish appears to be only on the top layer. Not as high quality as Allen Edmonds or Alden.
These boots ooze quality. Easy to tell the difference between these and boots you find in regular shoe stores. Ultra high quality suede leather and thick, durable soles. Conforms perfectly to my feet. Definitely a difference you can feel!
This is an extremely fine boot. You could wear it with anything, but I think it is for more formal wear or higher end of semi-casual. People who notice it comment on its appearance, clearly impressed. It is soft and light. Very well constructed. I am not sure I like the eyelets at the top of the shank, but it's a minor complaint. It is not a heavily padded boot, so your felt feel the ground more. That is not necessarily a bad thing.
I love the loafer/moc's from To Boot. These ones are nice in that they are much dressier. They are very comfortable and go great with jeans or dress pants. They don't have as much padding as some of the other To Boot moc's I have, not a problem though. The patina look of the leather is awesome, very eye catching and classy. Order a half size bigger than your regular.
I have had three pairs of these driving moc's in different colors over the last two summers. They are my go to warm weather casual shoe. They are very comfortable, and look great. I get lots of compliments on them. They go fine with shorts, jeans, or even chinos. They can be dressed up, but not formal of course. You can't go wrong, order a half to whole size up!
