Lumiani

I love these boots. The leather is supple and soft, they are so well made and very comfortable. I wear them with everything. I love the little bit of faux fur lining on the inside: a great detail, and nice feature for winter.

I really thought I'd love these. I bought the Lumiani Lindsay in Tuscana New Capreto color a few years ago and they are my all time favorite boots! I've always wanted them in another color, so I was excited when my size became available in the Lumiani Lindsay 2. I got 10W in grey leather and was disappointed. The calf felt a lot tighter than the original Lindsay (I don't know the difference in circumference because the original Lindsay isn't available anymore). The Lindsay 2 was also too tight across my foot and felt more like a 9.5 than a 10. I returned them, but if the original comes out again, I'll be all over it in every color.

I actually ended up with these boots for free due to a shipping error, so yay for Zappos and their excellent customer service! Because I did not think these were in stock, I did order a pair of Gabriella Rocha's (Dryden, I think) instead, which I actually like better than these. These truly are wide calf, so they bag a little on my leg, giving them a casual look. However, the gray color is nice, and they are good quality. I do wish they had a zipper because they are quite tall, and I struggle to keep my jeans in the boot when pulling them on. If I hadn't received my other gray boots first, I would have loved these and never looked back, but I must admit that I do like my others better. That is just a personal preference, though, and does not diminish the quality or style of these.

I am always somewhere between an 8 and an 8.5. I ordered the 8.5, and I believe my new shoes are going to fit perfectly. The heel will not need an insert like I usually need to have. They are so cute! They totally aren't my style, but are going to look great with slacks. I don't anticipate any problem wearing these at work where I'm on my feet a lot.

These boots are comfortable to walk in and wear all day. I have athletic calves but I am not overweight and they are not as wide I would like. They are wider at the very top of the calf then where the bulk of my calf muscle is, so they still a little snug. As others mentioned they have strong smell, like plastic. I thought the smell would air out and go away but its been several weeks now and they still a smell. As the day goes on and my feet sweat they smell of plastic gets stronger. Its weird they have such a strong smell for not being a cheap pair of boots, I have never had this happen before!

I ordered a size 8 and I'm usually a size 7. The reason I got the 8 was due to the fact that it was the last closest size for the black. When I took it out of the box, I was surprised that it did not look like a size 8 and I had no problems slipping the boot through my feet/leg. I've got thin legs but my feet size is like an average size 7. The fit for the feet area is definitely running a little small since it's already one size bigger. Lengthwise, it's fine.The suede leather is great but, with all tall boots, I know it may be a little wide on top with this design. I have small calves so it is definitely wide for me and I do hope that the cobbler can narrow it. I believe it will be perfect. The boot does slip down a little since it's not snug enough for me but it still looks alright.The heel isn't too high and it's easy to walk around with it. The padding is not a lot but I can easily slip in additional padding for added comfort.Overall, the shoes look nice and there isn't a lot of simple, chic thigh high boots around. I believe with a more accurate size fit, it will be better.

Every fall I have the same problem finding a pair of boots that fit my wide calves. These were perfect! They were easy to get on and easy to get off. My calves are 16 inches and I can wear them with skinny jeans, the leather could be better quality. Overall they are nice and comfortable.

Great fit if you get the wide calf, but there's not much room to spare. The boots started to show wear shortly after receiving them. The look is pretty awesome (think cowboy meets equestrian).

I usually never write reviews but for these boots! I definitely will say, Wow! Since the day I have worn them, they have never hurt. When I saw the stitching on the outside of these boots I prayed I would not feel the stitching on the inside. Well, to my surprise - no stitching inside at all! Theses boots fit like a glove but order a half size bigger. I would definitely say these boots are a 10+ with me.

These boots are decent. I think they were my third pair, trying to find black boots without buckles that fit my calves. They were a little snug at first because they do not have a zipper (which I didn't realize when I ordered them), but they have stretched a little can easily go over my jeans. Along with that though, they are getting a little baggy in the ankles, but it's not too bad. I got a 10.5 instead of my usual 10 because you never know with boots and I think a 10 would have been fine. They are a little roomy in the foot. Other than that they are holding up nicely. The leather is good quality, but smelly, especially at first. They are a little pricey. I may have sent them back if I wasn't so tired of sending things back, but I am glad that I kept them at this point.

I love these boots! they look like the pricey high end ones without the price tag. very well made and comfortable.

I got an 8.5W and I have to return them. They are very small. I am ordering the next size up.

This dress looks exactly like in the picture. Just like it's said in a previous review, there was a thread sticking out here and there, but I just cut it with scissors. It wasn't a big to me at all. It fits great and looks classy. I ordered it in houndstooth and really like it.

These boots fit my 16-in. calf like a glove. They don't have a zipper or expansion, so they won't work if your calf is bigger than 16. They are incredibly comfortable. The leather is very nice, but it is somewhat textured not smooth. Nice dark brown color. They are a little hard to get on and off because of no zipper, but it's not so difficult that you need help. I would recommend.

Love these boots. I can work all day in them and then go to kids events all evening, and they are so comfortable I forget I am wearing boots! At least until someone gives me a compliment on how cool they are! I got them in grey and they are a fun color change from the black and browns I usually wear.

These are the most gorgeous shoes. I just found them too difficult to walk in. Maybe if they were a wedge heel I'd have felt more confident. I'm sad to have to return them.

I ordered these in black two years ago and am now ordering them in brown. I have 17" calves from years of soccer and horseback riding and can wear these boots over skinny jeans and leggings with no problem at all. The leather is great quality. I can't rave enough about these boots for the price!

These boots are super cute! Love the way they look with skinny jeans. The footbed is a little hard on my feet and bottom is slippery until you take them outside and scuff them up a bit.

These boots are stunning! One problem, the foot area is so hard to pull on because of the lack of a zipper. Afterr fighting for a couple of minutes I pulled them on. I bought them in red so I am definitely keeping them because I love red and they are gorgeous. The leather looks rich and is so soft. Hmmm...now that I think about it I may have the perfect handbag to match these lovelies.

Slightly textured leather that looks like it will soften up quite nicely. Unfortunately I will never know for sure, because I couldn't get my foot in. If you have a wide foot this not the boot for you. The wide looked to be more of a medium. Ironically, on the plus side. I think the calf was actually wide enough. So sad.
