My wife wanted this jacket last year, but we were too late into the winter season and everyone was sold out. We usually use Zappos specifically for shoes, but were happily surprised that they had this jacket in stock (especially in an XS). The jacket runs true to size, and is everything that it has been hyped up to be. Thanks again Zappos.

Heads up, this coat sucks. I bought this coat last fall and soon found out it's not warm enough for the Chicago winter. I wrote North Face to complain, but they never wrote back. Don't waste your money on this coat.

I read all the reviews before I bought these boots and I did order them 1/2 size larger. When I got them I was glad that I did. \r\nI Love these boots they are so comfortable and warm. \r\nThe first day I wore them all day and had no problems. We get a lot of Lake Affect snow off of Lake Michigan and this year that will be no problem my feet will stay dry and warm.

Love these. They are lightweight, soft, not a loud nylon fabric. I normally wear a 4-Pant, but I listened to the first reviewer about these running small, and I'm glad I did. I have athletic thighs and 38 hips. These, at a 6, just barely fit around my thighs/hips. But perfect in the waist. Seems like they were made for a super slim small bones non athletic body type. But I love them, they look great and feel even better.

I loved everything about these boots: well made, shapely style, nice details, color, and materials, appropriate tread for snow. I really wanted them to be my new fave winter boots for the next several years, but they just don't have sufficient arch support. Should I invest another 35 bucks for Superfeet inserts, that may or may not do the trick? After several days' consideration, I sadly sent them back. Attractive? Yes, very! But for my money, comfort is the bottom line. My search continues.

This was a special gift for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. I was familiar with the product because she has the same jacket in brown but wanted black. Everything was as advertised, no unpleasant surprises. What was astonishing was that I ordered this jacket one afternoon around 3:00 PM and it was delivered the next day at 11:00 AM. Wow!

I really haven't had a chance to wear these yet in the snow but they are so comfortable! I know they will be great; they are warm and well made and I know they will last a long time. I am hoping to use them snowshoeing and general sloshing around in the snow; having comfortable and warm boots will make it fun to be out and play in the snow like a little kid!

Perfect for my trips to Tahoe this winter! Lightweight but warm! The outer material was not what I was expecting (it's like a micro-fleece) but still very nice. My only problem with it is that the inside lining is a bit scratchy; you definitely need to be wearing a sleeved shirt underneath it, also the arms are extremely long. Other than that, it's a great product by North Face. Thank you Zappos for the amazingly fast shipping.

I love these shoes! They are pretty comfortable right off the bat and feel "balanced" when you walk in them. They are even more cool-looking in person than online! They feel like the dressed-up version of a sneaker and look great with jeans! The toggle and stitching details are really unique and the shape of the overall shoe is a nice silhouette. The bottoms are grippy and I had no problem with them squeaking after I wore them around for about an hour. Only complaints: my computer showed their color to be more gray. They are actually closer to a green khaki color (which is really cute anyway.) Also, they are just slightly longer than your average size. (I wear between a 7 & 7 1/2 and they were just slightly too big at a 71/2.)Overall, awesome shoes! I am going to buy them in another color!

I purchased these shoes because of the frigid winters up here in North Dakota and all I can say is, Wow! They are so warm, so comfortable, and really hold up in all of the cold, wet, and icy weather I have to deal with every year. Plus, another great thing is that they are super cute and stylish! I hope they never stop making these because these are the only boots that I will ever wear!

The Ultra GTX is everything the Montrail Hardrock used to be. This is a fantastic shoe for a serious trail runner who likes to go fast on difficult, changing, uneven and rough terrain. That means lots of non-horizontal footing, stream crossings, rocks, boulders and knobby roots on single track hiking trails. The shoe has a very stiff sole and a lot of support on the upper. It's light. I imagine they might be too warm for summer running, but I haven't had them long enough to run in the warm season. Most trail running shoes are street shoes with some toe and heel protection. This thing is the Humvee of trail shoes.

My daughter absolutely loves her new North Face bookbag. She started college this fall and says that she wished she would have had it in high school. It has many convenient pockets and is large enough to accommodate the big college books. As usual we are very satisfied with Zappos service and products.

This bag is extremely well built and a joy to use while traveling. I work overseas and bought this before I initially headed out, and I am glad that I did. Since I have owned it, this bag has been with me on several international flights and has held up to the abuse that is usually sustained in such traveling. I have never had any problems with the handle; it always works so smoothly. I am a tall man (6'3") and normally have to stoop with other roller bags, but not with this one. If you are inventive with the way that you pack, you can fit enough clothes for about 8 days. I use packing cubes and am able to fit even more into the bag. If you are on the taller side and do a fair amount of international travel this is a great bag to use. I can't say enough good things about this bag, I am a fan.

I've always loved the quality of North Face and now I own a pair of their boots. The reviews say buy a half size up, so I did. They were on sale and 9.5 was the only size available. Somewhat stiff but not too bad. Perfect for plowing through snow banks and shoveling out cars. The BEST tread I've seen on any boot, no fear for walking on ice.

Perfect for what I needed it for. It hauls a Dell 630 laptop comfortably in the designated pocket, also I have a Dell 430 in the pocket beside this one. It has ample room for other daily or laptop necessities. Perfect to use for an overnight business trip, along with the laptop you got enough room for a change of clothes and any other personal items. Fits perfect in the overhead storage on the airplane and it's not too big to fit under the seat if you have to place it there. Very comfortable straps and ergodynamics you literally could wear it all day. Along with all this, it's very easy to get into such at the security checkpoints in the airport, actually had several positive comments from the TSA workers on the bag. That's enough, it's a great bag. I can't think of anything negative to say about it. Cannot go wrong buying this one and with the super great service from Zappos, you'll have a very positive experience. Zappos is just awesome.

About The North Face

In 1966, two hiking enthusiasts founded a small mountaineering retail store in the heart of San Francisco's North Beach. The company soon became known as The North Face, a retailer of high-performance climbing and backpacking equipment. (The name was selected because in the Northern Hemisphere, the north face of a mountain is generally the coldest, iciest and most formidable to climb.) In 1968, The North Face began designing and manufacturing its own brand of high-performance mountaineering apparel and equipment, and in the early 1980s, extreme skiwear was added to the product offering. By the end of the decade, The North Face became the only supplier in the United States to offer a comprehensive collection of high-performance outerwear, skiwear, sleeping bags, packs and tents.

Using all types of proprietary technology, TNF provides The North Face jackets, The North Face clothes, The North Face pants, The North Face bags and The North Face shoes with quality, durability, and above all else, functionality. Throughout the years, The North Face jacket and outerwear division has set the standard in the industry. With styles such as The North Face Denali jacket and vest, The North Face Apex Bionic jackets, and The North Face Nupste jackets, The North Face jackets proves time and time again that they are at the forefront of high-performance apparel.

Their dedication to footwear is no different. With the different categories of trail running, hiking, mountaineering, and most recently ultra running, The North Face shoes division continues to raise the bar for innovation and quality in their shoes. Using proven technology such as Gore-Tex® and Gore-Tex® XCR®, their insulated footwear can sustain use in low, sub-zero temperatures, and with the innovative Boa® technology, users can have a precise fit with the ability to adjust quickly and on the fly. All features that make The North Face shoes a leader in the technical footwear arena.

The North Face’s dedication to quality can also be seen in their gear and equipment. The North Face sleeping bags with a high fill of goose down for warmth and multiple lengths. The North Face daypacks and expedition packs such as the Recon and Jester that are rugged, durable, and can hold all you gear. The North Face tents that will withstand extreme temperatures on Everest and Mt. Rainier. If you have a desire to test the limits, The North Face equipment will help you on your adventure.
