I started with a 6.5, then a 7 and then a 7.5. The first two were too small and the 7.5 too big. This is pretty embarrassing but I will confess anyway to save the next person from the same mistake I made. There are small cardboard inserts in the toe of these shoes. You can see them because they are same color as the inside of the shoe. You have to work to remove them - I honestly thought they were part of the shoe and thought I had a defective pair with a loose part. Anyway, please remove those cardboard pieces, but still order a half size larger. Too bad I returned the size 7s already because they would have fit me. Oh well, live and learn. These ARE really nice shoes!
I love these shoes! They look great, are well made, and the color of the soft leather turned out to be exactly what I wanted (hard to tell from a photo sometimes). The heels are a little high for me, I wouldn't be able to walk great distances. But they do look awesome.
Beautiful shoe! Unfortunately they have to go back because they were too tight and hit exactly on the bone of my big toe.
These are probably the most comfortable dress shoes I ever wore. My foot didn't feel squeezed in at the toe and they held my foot securely. I usually have a problem because my third toe on my left foot is a bit longer than on my right, which causes a problem. But not with these. I am not a fan of patent, but they worked on this shoe. They are not the sexiest shoe, when compared to the Ann Klein Christa or the Calvin Klein Dolly pump, but they are just too darn comfortable to send back. Felt true to size.
I love the style, but the shoe was definitely smaller than indicated. I normally wear a 6.5 and I could barely get my foot into the shoe. I will be ordering in a 7.5.
I have never worn a shoe with this high a heel that was so comfortable. I wore them all day at work right out of the box. Plus they are beautiful. Worth the money and don't pass these up!
These shoes are so pretty and very comfortable. I have a very narrow heel so I always have to do an insert. I love the Sofft brand and Zappos gives perfect service. The shoes are very neutral and go with most everything.
These are very cute shoes, but they are not very comfortable. I have several Sofft shoes. The heel is to high, which puts the weight on the ball of your foot. I usually love my Sofft shoes but these are not among my favorites.

I love Sofft, it's one of my favorite brands. I have many pairs, high heels and they are all comfortable. But this pair is not. They are very high on the arch and I find them hard to wear all day at work. My arch starts to hurt. I am bummed because they are great looking shoes, so I only wear them out at night; can't wear them for too long.
This is continued from my previous review. Wow, does this shoe run small. I have never taken a 7.5 in my life. I started with my usual 6.5 and could barely jam my foot into the shoe. I ordered a 7 which arrived today and I could just squeeze my feet into them but couldn't walk. So I am trying a 7.5. Stay tuned (in case I need an 8).
I love this shoe. It is so comfortable and stylish. I receive so many compliments when I wear this shoe. I can't believe the comfort.

Leopard Print was so shiny, really wished for a more matte finish. I'm between a 6.5-7, but 6.5 is too small. Not going to order up because the of the glare factor. Also, didn't find them as comfy as expected.

Nice but... I love the look of these shoes. I usually wear a 6.5 and had to get a 7 because they run small. Then they seem to squeak and squish when I walk. Also, I found them not to be super comfortable. So had to return.
Great looking shoe - toe box way to small for a regular size nine - get one size up.
