I started out on the wrong foot (ha) because I did not put in VIP status & I did not get this when I needed it. So, I ordered the same boots & did a one day shipping to my hotel. They arrived exactly like they said they would and it was way worth the extra effort. The photo of the detailing does not do it justice.It is on the toe area and the heel and very classy. I walked from the hotel and then stood on a stage for 4 hrs and was never disappointed in how they felt. Very comfortable and glad I threw my 3 inch heels I was going to wear away!

I have owned these boots for just over a year and already the sole of one boot has split. I expected higher quality soles to go along with the higher quality uppers.

I have a pair of the Durango slouch crush boots and love them (comfortable like slipper and padded liner). Purchased thee for my daughter and they did not work at all. Leather very rough on the outside, not padded liner and not comfortable on the inside and huge. These are going back.

Love this boot and love Zappos! I ordered these boots as a very last minute birthday present for my husband. After looking In three cities for something even similar, I logged on to Zappos and found exactly what I was looking for. You cannot beat this boot for the price! Looks great with jeans and pants. Very comfortable on your feet for a long day...took just a bit for the shoe leather to soften slightly. I've received tons of compliments.

The shoes were not as comfortable as described. They are narrow in the toe and rubbed by ankle bone.

Absolutely love these boots! I rather go out with my boots on. Whether I'm in shorts, a skirt or even a dress, it's always the boots with 'em, but I needed a black pair since I have a brown pair (not the same brand) already! I can now say my wardrobe is complete!

Came as ordered. Felt great from the box and better after a half a shift on the job. Great boots!

These boots are very classy. The leather is soft without a shiny fake polished look. The embroidery is gorgeous! I usually wear a size 8.5 in heals. These boots were slightly bigger, but not enought to warrant return. I have a wide foot and these had plenty of room.

Very nice boot, though the leather is very stiff. 3 weeks later they are starting to get broken in and hope they break in more quickly as I like the style and fit.

This boot was comfortable except I am not used to the pointy toes. Because of this, I returned them. If you are used to wearing this style then I would recommend them.

This is an amazing boot for the price! I had to return it to size up a half size, so, I would not recommend ordering smaller than your usual size!

Love the look but tight across top of foot. Hoping they will stretch out some.

Really wanted this boot because it was soft and liked the look. Were great the 1st couple of times I wore them and very comfortable. But the sole of one boot seems to have broken down a bit and is no longer comfortable.

These are a great quality and look. However, I am short with skinny calves, and they looked like high-end galoshes on me. I ordered both half a size and a full size smaller than I typically wear in boots, and was still swimming in these, even with pants on. Based on the great feel and reviews, I tried to get by on the pipe dream that I could make them work. But then reality set in, and I had to return them. Have standard/larger calves? Rock on with your bad self. You will hopefully love these! Have skinny calves? Proceed with caution, but they are worth checking to see if they might work for you.

These are really cute but not comfortable at all. They were way too tight on my toes. I sent them back at got a pair of Ariats.

Love this bootie! Nice fit, true to size, very comfortable. Walked around an outdoor mall in it for three hours, and it felt fine. Slightly high at the outside ankles, I got a bit of a rub there on both sides, but nothing to worry me.

I purchased these and a pair of Ariat Legend cowboy boots and planned to return the least favorite. These were my favorite "look" - I love the weathered leather and the slouch. The first time I wore them it was to a doctor's appointment for my son at a hospital - lots of walking, and they were incredibly comfortable. Added to that, I had 4 strangers there ask me about them because they loved them so much! The next day, wore them to the mall and the same thing - comfort and compliments. Also, I'm a runner and a regular sized girl, but I have larger calves (16 in. at the widest) and buying boots is always a problem - but these fit! They don't reach to the widest part of the calf, so it's not an issue, and they actually make my legs look a little smaller. I'm a size 8 and found them to be true to size. I would totally, completely recommend these boots!

Loved the style, but this shoe is way too narrow! I have narrow, skinny feet, and I couldn't even get them on. I was sorry to return them.

I love these boots. Once I got the right fit it was hard not to love them. There was no break in period and they are very easy on the feet. I would definitely buy a second pair.
