Thanks Zappos for an awesome purchase. It was super fast, my boots came to my door the very next day and the size and item were perfect. I normally wear a size 8 in womans but purchased a size 6 in kids and the size was great! As well as the price! Can't beat free shipping and great price. I will definitely be purchasing from Zappos again!

I love these shoes! I discovered I can wear a kids shoe saving me money too! I normally wear a 6 1/2 just follow the measuring guide when ordering. I think u can go up to an adult 8 when ordering in kids sizes. Think I'll order another pair!

My daughter loves these boots. Best of all we wear the same size, so I am enjoying them also!

So warm and very comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the tall Uggs until I actually had them in Black. I have the classic short in a variety of colors but once I tried these I loved them. At first I thought I was not going to like them mainly because I have large calves as I am a runner and lift weights. They fit my calves snug but keep them quite warm. I love them.

The wool pile lining makes these slippers fit tight. Initially I bought a size 5 for my grandson but the 5 was just a bit tight. The 6 was a little big in the length, but he is growing so fast and these slippers are expensive so hopefully, as the wool mats down, he will, at the same time, grow into them.

I called to request a return slip on a pair of shoes I bought for my husband but after a few minutes I was talking to the representative about all my purchases from Zappos. I mentioned that I had recently bought a pair of Uggs that seem to show wear and tear from the initial time I wore them and that I wasn't very impressed and a bit disappointed with the quality. The rep. offered to send me a brand new pair in exchange for the initial pair I had received. I couldn't believe it, it was amazing. The very next day my new Uggs arrived. I was so impressed that I called my friends and told them about the amazing service I had received.

Very comfortable. I recommend highly recommend for adults and children. Extremely warm and comfortable. These are my 3rd pair.

These boots are wonderful. My granddaughter just loves them. She wears them constantly. Would highly recommend them. I also recommend Zappos...they were wonderful with exchanges for size and style.

The kids I got them for love them...and I do too when every evening after bath they get in pj's and put the cozy shoes on. It looks cozy and comfy. Great product. Worth the money.

I bought these for my 4 yr old and she loves them and wants to wear them everyday...I was skeptical about the price and the fit but they are so worth it she can put them on by herself! I just bought another pair in grey for her. The delivery was really fast love Zappos!

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it and has been using it ever since. They're very warm, light and comfortable.

I ordered these in early January (because the pair received as a gift were too small). I was very impressed with Zappos fast delivery and they saved me money on tax and shipping. I placed the order on a Sat. evening and the boots were at my door by Tues. at noon. The free shipping was very nice. Dillards was going to charge more and they did not have the correct size. My daughter is happy and so am I. Thanks!

These UGG slippers are a cozy choice for cold winter winter mornings. My daughter loves the soft sheepskin interior.

I love these boots. They are a little tough to zipper but otherwise are comfortable and cute. I love that I could pay for a kid's size 5 boot that fits my size 8 foot.

Received this today! It will be my fourth pair of Uggs! I got this in size 6 but I am 6 1/2 -7 in womens. These fit me perfectly! The height of these boots did not bother me because I am petite, I stand at 5'2". Will come back to Zappos and buy again!

My daughter loves these boots- she wears them every day! I was worried about the durability of the "sweater" material, but so far they have held up fine.

I bought these boots for my 9-year-old granddaughter. She just loves them. She feels they are very comfortable and sturdy. I can't evaluate the arch support. She likes the shorter style that is so easy to pull on and take off. Pricey boots for a child, but these are top quality, and her younger sister will be able to enjoy wearing them in the future.

These Uggs are great. The size and scale is lower than the adult version but I wear a size 5 adult and bought a 3 kids, the fit is perfect.

The ordering was easy, boots were delivered within a few days. Upon finding out that our girls' feet had grown, we were able start the exchange process which for Zappos means "we'll send you new pairs of correct size and you ship back the original ones" no questions asked, how great is that? Also, had to call in, customer service rep was phenomenal. First time dealing with Zappos, customer for life.
