Well worth the price. I love Docs...I wear a half size so I buy them a size bigger and then put inserts in. They are the most comfortable work boot you will find.

These are the best boots ever. They are the perfect combination of comfort and sexiness. And they are Dr Martins also!

Ouch! My Achilles tendon! I wore these boots today for the first time. It hasn't yet been an hour, and it has rubbed the skin off of my Achilles tendon. Of course, I wanted to be like Rihanna and wear them folded down. These boots look cool though. The floral lining adds a feminine twist to an otherwise masculine-looking boot. Be sure to have some Heavenly Heelz around!

Great boots! Classic style! The first week of breaking them in can be tough, but some good saddle soap or leather conditioner helps a lot; also thick socks and duct tape/moleskin on the heels will protect your feet. But once they're broken in you can wear them all day long! Highly recommended.

I am quite happy with these shoes. They do not have all the Doc Martens comfort due to the height of the heel, but being a wedge they are very stable and comfortable given the height. They are cute and unique!

What I liked: the boot fit well around my foot, and felt comfortable. What I didn't like: I was looking for an edgy buckled boot to wear over or under jeans, but this boot did not deliver. The top is so wide that it is visible under boot cut jeans, and too big around my calves when wearing skinny jeans. They just looked silly. I'm really disappointed.

These comfort insoles are great. I work many hours on my feet, get home and no swollen feet. I really recommend this product to everyone.

These are awesome boots. I have been wearing the Aztecs for years but I needed a change. I am not a big fan of the thick Dr. Martin sole, and these do not have them. I like them so much, that I ordered the brown as well, and I wear one or the other almost everyday. As usual Zappos provided top notch service!

Good looking and good feeling boot. I ended up sending it back because it had more of a "work boot" look than I was expecting. Would have been a good one to keep though as the construction seemed durable and hey, they're, Docs, so they should last forever.

I needed slip resistant shoes for work. Working in a restaurant for 9 years I've been through multiple brands, most of which fell apart and were uncomfortable. These are heavy duty and amazingly comfortable. I have wide feet and the toe box on these had enough space and great cushion. Love these!

These boot are the best! They did not need to be broken in at all. They are made from very soft leather which makes them comfortable right out of the box. I can wear them to work or on the weekend, they go with everything.

These are unacceptable. I ordered the first pair and the boots were asymmetrical; there was a much bigger crease above the left toe than the right. So I ordered another pair. On that one, the left boot had some sort of wrinkling caused by excess material or something, just posterolateral to the toebox. So I ordered a third pair, figuring I could mix-and match a symmetrical, defect-free pair. No! The left one was again messed up. Also, on most of these the little rubber ring just above the sole was not sealed neatly. More importantly, they emit a strong chemical smell. I think it's because the "leather" is of dubious quality. It's that kind of stuff that's formed from ground pieces of waste leather and held together with (chemical) binders. I still have a slight headache from messing with them. For the price, I don't think a symmetrical, defect-free pair is too much to ask. Ridiculous. And again, some countries don't permit this leather to be called leather.

These boots are light, comfortable, and have an easy break in time. The soles are thick enough to provide comfort and safety for hard work, but not too thick and heavy. While well made and structured, they are not a highly supportive arch supporting orthotic shoe. For someone who prefers a less structured, more natural feel, these are perfect. The boots seem as well made as Dr. Martens that I have had in the past, but they are still very new. Only time will tell. I like that this pair has a textile lining, not the usual leather lining of Dr. Martens. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. While I think the boot fits true to size, I am typically a 9½M. Since they are only offered in whole sizes, I sized up to a 10. It is just slightly roomy, but I am happy I sized up rather than down.

I bought these because I needed a shoe I could wear to work in the New England winter...these might be the most perfect set of shoes for that purpose. First, really good traction so they are good for when you have to trudge through some snow to get to your car. Second, the heel really works with dress pants of all colors (I have these in brown). Third, these are super cute with skinny jeans for weekends. Incredibly comfy and you can wear them with socks... what more do you want??

I bought these recently and I have been doing some reading online on a lot of reviews on what size to get and mostly everyone says get a size down or something but for me I got my actual size and they fit fine, althought it would of been better if Dr Martens made half sizes but they do not, so I just got a size 8 in womens and they fit just fine. I tried on the size 7 in womens and they were just too tight for me, so I definitely recommend getting your actual size. But I also recommend going to a store and trying them on so you know what size to get for sure. They are great shoes that are very comfortable. They are easy to wear with jeans and what not! This is my first pair of boots and I love them!

There are two types of boot wearers, those that can wear the Docs and those that can't. These are beautiful boots and I wanted them to work but they did not. The fit seemed flaccid. The leather just too soft. I was afraid I was crease them so much just walking on the carpet to test the boots that I would not be able to return them. Overall, not nearly enough support at the ankles. Toe box too big. Heel area seemed ready to expand. Other reviewers just rave about these boots. So, I think it gets down to this -- if you like a stiffer, more supportive boot these will not do. If you prefer a soft, glove like feel you will love these boots.

Hands off the made in China boots. I am on my second China pair, symptoms are the same: Leather is of poor quality, soles crack, stitching around the bottom of the shoe fails on the sides. Inside the sole wear out quicker. The only thing that remains are tho looks. If you want a durable boot, look elsewhere!

These boots are simply awesome! I love them! They seem to be very well constructed, look great, and feel great on your feet out of the box. Virtually no break in time needed. Now I hope they can hold up to extreme work conditions? Nonetheless...they are stylish and comfortable!

This boot is super comfortable! Looks great and feels more comfortable than any other pair of Dr Martens or Harley Davidson boots I own. They'll be easier to polish also since they don't have the yellow stitching by the sole. Worth the money! I usually wear a 9 1/2 and the US 10 fit perfectly.
