Dansko

This shoe gives good support for the ankle and arch on my left foot. But when I started to really walk with the shoes outdoors it rubbed my small toe so badly that I can't wear it often. Also the toe is so sore that it bothers me when I wear other shoes. I would send this pair back but I didn't know walking would cause the problem. It didn't do that in the house. The toe box of the shoe is unforgiving.

Best. Shoes. Ever.I'm on my fifth pair. Would that they looked like Jimmy Choo heels. Alas, they're just insanely comfy.Note on fit: They should be loose at the heel.

I am pretty happy with this purchase. This style fits slightly looser than a black pair of Dansko clogs I bought. I suffer from plantar fascia and Dansko is the best brand so far. I can't wear this shoe everyday, but glad to have them with the right outfit.

Just as great as all the dansko clogs. Got a size up becuase I was in between sizes... wish they had half sizes since size up is just too big. Oh well. Still love them.

The most comfortable boots and run true to size and nice and wide at the toes. Everything I thought they would be so thinking of getting black too. Thoroughly recommend if you want total comfort and at the same time very cool looking boots.

I like Dansko shoes. They are very comfortable. I wear them at home and when I go to work.

This is such a beautiful shoe, and I've been eyeing it since I first found it on Zappos. It's the perfect classic, slightly retro Mary Jane; I had high hopes that the comfort would be as great as the looks. Alas. The toe box was too snug for my wide toes; while I expect heel lift in Danskos, it was too much for a dress shoe, even with the strap. Worst of all, the arch support seemed to be a stiff cardboard extension of the nicely cushioned insole - and it hit me at just the wrong spot. So disappointed in the shoe. But never disappointed with Zappos' great service - these are going back, but I'll keep trying!

I am having trouble with the tops of these shoes cracking, the first pair the store replaced and it is happy again. I love them but I am not happy about how they are holding up.

I bought these at the end of July 2010 for the new school year. As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day, and I needed good solid shoes to keep me happy. I love the fit, comfort, and support. Here's my only sadness: It's now February and my pair of Vedas have begun to tear up. Right where the shoe creases across the toe line (where your foot flexes) the canvas has cracked and is a couple of good wears from breaking through. I really hoped these would last better. I have worn them maybe three times a week since August and never on the weekends. I'm not sure I'll be buying these again, which is a real disappointment as I only purchase vegan or vegetarian shoes. :(

The size of the shoes felt good. But the top practically crippled my left foot from being to tight. I had to send them back. I am debating on trying the wider size.

Terrible footbed - humped up under the tips of the toes, lumpy. 38 hit my toes, 39 too big. Dansko was better before they split with Sanita. Nice looking clog though, without the high sole that makes the regular Danskos turn your ankle.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and keep your feet borderline warm despite the holes, yet they are still breathable. I am US size 10 with wide feet and the size 41 fits perfectly

For some reason, this pair of Professionals runs a good size smaller than any other pair I own. In fact, I got three different pairs of Professionals in an order today, all size 42, and the red were so tight that I could barely get them on. They were still loose in the heel, once on, but very, very tight across the top of my foot. None of the others that came today were that way, nor were the other two pairs that I already owned. So by all means, order because they are adorable and on sale for a great price, but you might consider ordering up a size.

This was my first pair of Danskos & I love them. I had missed wearing them in the past as I tried on the wrong size, too small. Usually wear an 8.5 to a 9 but had to buy a 40 in this. Have many foot problems & these have been wonderful.

Love these shoes. So much that I turned around and bought another pair a few weeks later. I have very difficult feet to fit and these have been wonderful.

These shoes are really comfortable. I have a really narrow instep, but kept them anyway. First I had to take them to the shoe repair and get the straps shortened. Felt so much better, but now are too loose, so I have to put inserts in them. Love the style, but wish they had an adjustable strap across the foot for us narrow people! It's really hard to find cute, fashionable shoes with good arch support that will stay on your foot.

These are the coolest shoes ever. They actually fit & look so cool! Thanks Zappos. They seem to run a bit small, luckily I sent back the first pair & you had a larger size! Unbelievable, thanks again.

After wearing the Marah's for a few weeks, the strap actually injured the top/internal portion of my arch and I was limping for weeks. Had to return them, and my foot took a month to heal. Aside from the injury, they also were just not very comfortable. The sole is so stiff, unlike the other Danskos I got (sandals) where my foot melted in. After the injury, I'll probably never wear Danskos again, even though my friends swear by them.

I am a nurse and have always worn Dansko clogs in size 41. Wanted to try something different, bought the Veda in black canvas with white toe cap and love it. Size 40 fit better than 41 in this style. Lots of room for toes, just a tiny bit of slip in the heel, but I'm used to that from the clogs. They feel more secure on the foot than the clogs do. I did change to black laces, though, they look better than the white laces that come with the shoe. I'll be wearing them all the time -- will probably get brighter color to wear with shorts and skirts when off work in the summer.
