My son who is 12 years old still loves these. He had a pair when he was 7 or 8 and wore them all the time. Then out of the blue, he asked for them Christimas this year. He remembered quickly and flies past people all the time. His younger sister also received a pair for Christmas and he taught her how. They have lots of fun going on errand runs with me now - whizzing all over the store and malls and anywhere else they have smooth pavement - he especially like the slopes. This style shoe fits right in with the hip clothes they are wearing these days.

My granddaughter loves her Heelys Straight Up. They are attractive, sturdy and comfortable. Zappos is awesome. I ordered the wrong size. I called and they sent the right size the next day and the return of the ones I made a mistake on was simple. Great customer service. I will definitely shop here again.

My son who is 6 wanted these shoes so much. We ordered them on a Tuesday night and got them on Thursday afternoon. Zappos is always great when it comes to shipping it very promptly. And I love the fact that I have the assurance that if I ordered the wrong size, I can ship it back for free. As far as the rating for the shoes, I'd say that it is a quality pair of shoes. You have the option of wearing it with or without the wheels. My son had to practice for about a week to learn to skate with it. He is still learning, though he dies not wear it all the time. The shoes look very nice. The only downside is that it's a little on the heavy side and it has thick soles, but I don't see how it can be made any other way since it's a skating type of shoe. My son wears a size 11 shoe and I read to order the next size up (they don't sell it in 11 anyway) and it fits well. My son loves them.

My son had a pair of Heeleys when he was a lot younger and loved them. So when his 12th birthday came around, he said he wanted some more. I was not sure if they made them in a size 11 men's, but sure enough they did. He gets a lot of comments-wishing that that person had a pair. We tell them where I got them. I highly recommend getting them at any age.

I bought a Heely's for my grand son overseas for Christmas. He loved it but when he tried it on it was too tight for comfort. I said no problem cause I remembered you mentioned that you would return any problem item. So here it came back and I hope Zappos will satisfy my grandson's need soon. Waiting grandma. Thanks.

Great shoe. Sizes were spot on, so buy a size larger for growth spurts. Perfect for kid's style cross-training: heeling, skating, running, biking...definitely purchase again.

My 12 year old son loves these. The fit is a little big, but that's okay as he won't outgrow them quickly.

The most wonderful experience in internet purchasing I have ever had (and I do a lot!). I had to return shoes I ordered because I ordered them too small. They were returned at Zappos expense, the new ones were sent out before they received the returned ones and there was no questions asked. What a wonderful customer service attitude they have. Great Product and even better customer service. I had to return the first pair because they were to small for my son and they had a new pair sent to me within a few days during the holiday season. Easier to deal with then a traditional retail outlet.

Ordering from Zappos.com has been one of the easiest, most customer friendly experiences that I have ever had. I ordered A pair of Heelys before Christmas for my daughter, I received them like the next day.Very prompt. I ordered the wrong size so I had to reorder. Zappos had the new Heelys to me within 2 days. Zappos is awesome. When my daughter finally opened her Heelys on Christmas she was so excited. Once again I had to return the Heelys, I had ordered the 1 wheel Heelys and my daughter needed the 2 wheels. No problems. Zappos was just as friendly and super efficient,courteous, just amazing.I will definitely order from them again as well as recommend them. They had Santa's back this year.

I've got a size 12 foot and I scoured the internet for size 13 Heelys since I heard the fit small. Size 12 was the largest I could find and got these. They actually fit fairly true to size 12 and I'm happy that they seem to be a true fit. I've practiced with them a few times, and hopefully a lot more to come. They look nice as a regular shoe as well.
