Great boots! These are true to size and extremely comfortable. Great for wearing all day or for trekking outside. Looks just like picture. Very cute.

These shoes are comfortable with or without socks. I usually wear a 7.5 in a closed shoe and a 7 in a mule. I found the 7 in this shoe to be almost too generous in size. I tried the 6.5 to be sure, but kept the 7. I am not a wide, but sometimes have trouble if a toe box is too narrow. The toe box fits great. I also have a high volume foot, but this shoe is comfy across the top. There is also a very nice arch support in this shoe. I prefer a little height and these shoes have it. The small platform in front keeps the shoe comfortable. Your weight is distributed and not on the ball of your foot. Have only worn these a few times so I don't know how they will hold up. I did pour water over the shoe and it is definitely waterproof suede. Water rolled right off it.

I really wanted to like these shoes, as they are a cute design (and I had seen them on someone else), but they gapped too much, although they were the right size, even with socks. Too bad.

Fashion, not function! These are cute, but definitely not a real snow boot - I didn't have any delusions about that with the brand and the price. I may keep them anyway; they're reasonably well made and I like the look and the toggles. Fit seemed fairly true to size, maybe a tiny bit small - I'm usually a 9.5W and ordered 10, which *just* fits with tights (no socks).

I just got these boots, and they are so comfortable. I have them in grey, and look so cute with black skinny jeans or with a mini skirt and leggings. Give them a try. Zappos service is the best, they are my favorite shoe store online. You can't go wrong.

Comfortable for all day wear. I have high arches and have a hard time finding a shoe I don\'t walk out of. The strap takes care of that and isn\'t too tight.

Love the boots. Very, very cute, extremely comfortable, and reasonably priced. They feel slightly large (I am a size 6 and ordered a 6) but I will wear heavy socks. I have a bunion on one foot and my feet are cranky, but these shoes will work great for me. Ordered them yesterday afternoon, they came this afternoon. Great Zappos service. Love

These boots fit perfect, look perfect and get tons of compliments. I bought them in Grey. I am not a small girl, so always wonder about the calf fitting in a boot. They not only fit, they are fabulous. I was also concerned about the heel height, as I usually don't go over 2.5". But even thought they are 3", they are comfy. Add a pad to the ball of your foot, and then go look fabulous! By the way I ordered on Wednesday morning and had them by Thursday afternoon. You are rocks stars Zappos!

I love my White Mountain Friskey boots. The fit is perfect, just order the size you normally wear in shoes or boots. Thanks to Zappos web page I found the boots to be exactly as I had expected. My shopping experience was made to be very quick and easy.

Got the boot in under 16 hours! Incredible! I don't know why anyone would ever even bother to go to a shoe store! Trying on shoes/boots with my own wardrobe and no shoppers staring is the best! Zappos is one of a kind! So about the boot. Gorgeous boot! Everything about the looks of the boot was exactly what I wanted, but the calf area was way too big. I don't have that small of calves, but I am a petite girl, 5'5" 115lbs. I could have put both calves in one boot! It gaped really bad in the back, even with jeans tucked in still too big! Am so bummed! Will be sending them back free and will order a different pair and hope for the best!. I wear an 8/8.5. I got an 8.5. If your on the border, go up in size. Happy shopping, girls!

Great boots for people with normal or thin legs (not me). Darling boots, very comfortable. I tried them because of the lace-up opening. I knew I would be able to open them up to fit my rather hefty calves. And they did. But I ended up sending them back because I felt that much bulk around my leg would only make it look larger, so I settled for a boot with an 8-inch shaft instead.

Most stylish & comfortable everyday shoes. I wanted a pair of shoes that were casual but dressy & these are it! Receive tons of compliments on them, plus I'm on my feet 12 hours a day & they are extremely comfortable! No sore feet at the end of the day. Highly recommend them.

So soft! These boots are super comfy. The lining is softer than some of the house shoes that I wear. The fit is right on as well. I think they look very cute and a little feminine (but not girly); just what I was looking for.

These shoes are very cute! It took awhile for me to break them in because the leather is stiff, but I really like wearing them now. I got the black to be practical, and then I splurged and got the grey, too. The grey ones are absolutely beautiful! Thanks as always, Zappos.

Very comfortable shoe that works well with pants and jeans. They are easy to walk in and a great alternative to flat shoes which always make me feel dumpy. One problem is that the end of the strap curls up.

I bought this shoe from a local retailer and it is by far one of the warmest shoes that I have ever owned; had to buy the other color. I wore them to the Chicago Marathon and my feet were never cold as spectator. The only thing I recommend is to buy a half size larger than normal for sock room.

I love this boot; very comfortable and perfect fit. I purchased it in Black Suede and in Brown Suede, and came back to purchase it in Charcoal Suede, but my size wasn't available. Excellent adjustable boot for slim calves. So far, they're quite warm, but it's only October in Chicago. December through February will be the real test for warmth! Overall, I find the boots casually stylish and I hope to be able to purchase the Charcoal Suede soon.

These shoes are so comfortable and one of my favorites! I can walk for hours in these shoes. I bought them thinking they looked cute (they do!) and was hoping that they would be comfortable (they are!). I took them on vacation and walked for hours all around the city. The straps are comfortable and the cushioned foot bed delivers. They are not too high and yet stylish. What's not to love? I'm getting a pair in another color!

Great shoe and extremely comfortable. The sizes run slightly big, so I had to return my original purchase for 1/2 size smaller. The exchange was easy and smooth as silk - with no charge for the return. I had the smaller size and was wearing it the following day. Not only was the shoe great, but the company is too. Zappos gets two thumbs up!
