Love the bag, but the handles are too short to wear on my shoulder with a jacket on and the cross body strap is so narrow that it digs into my shoulder.

Cute, good size. Fits iPhone in case, small keys, ID and lip gloss, but just barely. Would be perfect if it was .5 inches larger!

Love my blue satchel. It is everything I want in a purse. The color makes me "happy."

I love this bag! Initially I ordered the small Florentine satchel, but that was too small for me. Not nearly enough room. I also did not like the Chestnut color I had initially picked out. It was a bit too dull for me. But, the Vachetta Satchel in T.Moro is perfection! Perfect size, perfect color, perfect overall style. My only small complaint was that this satchel did not come with a dust bag like my other Dooney & Bourkes that I have purchased from Zappos. I don't know if it was an oversight or not, but I would have liked to have a dust bag to put my satchel in for protection when I'm not using it. Zappos did offer to send me another one with the hope that the dust bag was in there (if this satchel comes with a dust bag), but I had already unpacked my bag and didn't feel like returning it, so I'll just be dust bag less for this one. Just a minor infraction on an otherwise great purchase!

I love this purse! It is large enough to hold my iPad and still has plenty of room for my other essentials. The front zips add more space. This purse is definitely a must have.

Beautiful bag! Unfortunately there is a problem with the zipper design. The zipper keeps getting caught and twisting. I am afraid that eventually the zipper will come apart. It's really too bad that I had to send it back.

I bought this bag in black, and it is gorgeous. I was really thrilled with the quality of the leather, and the overall craftsmanship. I think it's a little small for everyday use, but I'm planning to keep it as a casual/dressy go out bag.

I love this bag. it is made of nylon, so it is very light although it is big. leather trim is great. it is very cute in person. I am very happy with my purchase and this is a denifite keeper.

Love this bag. It is big, make no mistake, but it is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. I am always looking for something that will stay on the shoulder, and it does, although the straps are on the thick side. The inside has plenty of room and pockets and the leather is the perfect blend of casual and professional. I am very happy with this bag!

I absolutely love this bag! I own it in four colors and I cannot wait for the other colors to come back in stock! Yes while the pockets are small, I can fit two full sized lipsticks in one and my car keys in the other. I have my wallet, iPhone, gum, inhaler, and Epi Pen in my bag along with some other miscellaneous items. I am not a small person by any means and I have no trouble getting my hands into this bag to find stuff. I'm 6' tall and this handbag is perfect for me to wear crossbody to Disneyland and to hockey games! I really cannot say enough about this handbag! The only place I have been able to find a crossbody bag to fit me has been in Europe so this is a Godsend for me! You will not be sorry if you are in the market for a small, versatile handbag!

This is a beautiful bag, made from solid leather and making a solid statement. It is very classy and organized look. Buy it! It is a tad heavy but the handles take the load off when lifting.

I ordered this purse in black and it was my very favorite purse of all time! I loved the tassel on it and loved the fact that it didn't have all that gaudy bright gold trim on it. I loved the leather! I hated to have to return it, but it was unfortunately too small. I would keep buying this purse forever if it were only larger. I could only fit a very small wallet in it and my glasses case and keys. There was no way to fit my small digital camera in it, nor my iPhone cord charger, so I had to return it. I hope Dooney & Bourke decides to make this purse a little larger. Maybe 11x10 or 11x11? Trouble with Dooney & Bourke is they have their purses too small and then jump to such big purses that they are way too big and gaudy. Hopefully they will make this purse in a perfect size next time. This purse was a perfect style for me. Not so dressy and gaudy. I like the sort of little western look it had. This is my favorite type of leather. It is nice and thick and not flimsy and shiny. It was a very rich and classy looking purse.

I have this bag in all brown and have to say, at 5' it is the perfect bag with great utility. The leather gets softer and more supple with age. Just a gorgeous simple bag.

Just 3 words. Fab-u-lous. This bag is by no means small. It is very classy and luxurious. Got the brown and the color is extremely rich looking. This was my first time ordering from Zappos, but will not be my last. The customer service is excellent, and my purse arrived very quickly. Ordered on Sunday, got it Tuesday morning. For anyone on the fence about this handbag, I'd say go for it.

I bought the yellow bag and loved it. Not only did I get a lot of compliments but I have used it to death. It is my wallet and purse combined. I am buying a black one now.

I purchased this bag in Chestnut, having already owned a Florentine Vachetta bag in the same color. I originally ordered the small satchel, and, despite being rather larger than most handbags, found it too small to accommodate my MacBook Air. So, I ordered up to this one, and it is terrific! On its own, it is quite heavy, but certainly tolerable. With my laptop in it, my shoulder feels strained. However, you can just carry so much in it, and it is so gorgeous in person! After a week, the leather softened up a bit, so it now has the slouchy effect seen in the photos. I feel like it is a very durable bag, serviceable, but so beautiful at the same time!

Nice soft leather and feels like great quality. Shoulder strap is okay but could be better. It is a little snug when I have the bag full and on my shoulder. I am a small person too so it's the bag and not me.

I got this bag in black, and it's very well made and looks both durable and elegant. The leather stitching is a great touch. But I find the bag difficult to use. The bag is 9" wide, as described, but the zipper at the top opening is closer to 7" wide, This makes it hard to get items in and out, like my wallet for example. Really wish that top zipper was just a little wider or that this bag was also available in a larger size. It's really a beautiful bag, just doesn't work for me.

I love this bag! I have it in Fuschia, and the color really stands out. I like the material in that it is able to be wiped. It holds a lot for its size, and it has enough side pockets in the inside in addition to the two outside pockets. I love this handbag! I get compliments all the time.

I am sorry but this is my 20th D&B bag at first I loved it, but I am not very happy about the fact that it marks up so easily and leaves like scratch marks that will not come out. It just marks up so easily even though I do take care of all my bags but this is definitely a no for me.
