I have been a Sony man all my life, but when I heard these earbuds, Sony was history. Bottom line, get these if you love music.
These headphones are great if you have any Apple product, otherwise just very good. I bought these because I had an older model of this headphone without the microphone and just a volume control. The older model was not for a cellphone but for MP Players and they were wonderful. They sounded great with excellent Bass. I guess skullcandy wanted to corner the market on the iPhone, iPod and itouch explosion and leave the other makers of MP-3 and cellphone electronics to fend for themselves. The microphone works on other phones but the volume control doesn't work for any other product but Apple. So sad! Because of the volume control can't really tell if the bass was as good as the older model. For the price the only reason to buy these is for the warranty. It is a lifetime warranty. If they don't cover the 100% warranty because you misused the headset and broke them skullcandy will replace with 50% off for a new one. Can't go wrong.
I bought these for my grandson...huge hit. He reports they have great sound and are comfy.
Bought these ear buds for my tablet. For the price I'm impressed - great sound, comfortable but that's what you would expect from skull candy.

I gave them to my 17 year old nephew and he loves them. Sound is great and they are very comfortable when he goes out running cross country.

Awesome product, I bought 5 pairs over the holiday for my 3 kids (ages 3, 5, 7) and 2 nephews (Ages 9 & 11). Very durable product with good sound quality. Note: the red is more like a orange-red, very cool.
I love skull candy headphones. In my opinion, they're the best quality you can get for the price. I ordered these for my nephew because I wanted something that wouldn't look too bulky on a 10 year old...he loved them!
I tested these headphones out in the store. They definitely give a bass "thumping" which is adjustable in line (not volume control if that's what you are looking for). Be aware they are not the loudest headphones as they only have 30 mm drivers. However they were a Xmas present to my 12 year old son and he listens to a lot of hip hop / pop music. For him the extra bass was very cool and totally made the headphones. Another pair of headphones for around the same price that were just as good check out the Sony - Extra Bass Over-the-Ear Headphones. They give great sound quality and the added extra bass, not the actual "thumping" like these skull candy phones. So, in my opinion the skull crushers are good for maybe the kids who get a kick out of the thumping, but for a pair of high quality sounding very comfortable headphones I would go with the Sony Extra bass.
Product arrived in good condition and was on time. My daughter picked them out and says she loves them. Excellent sound.
I am really pleased with these earphones. I got the Red/Black combination. The red cord would have been better if it was in black. But overall, the sound and comfort is exactly what I was looking for! I had actually received the more expensive Holua wood Skullcandy headphones as a gift and they were terrible. I loved the look of them, but the sound was bad. I sent them back and purchased these and am very pleased.
Purchased this hat as a replacement for my son for Christmas since he lost his earlier. He loves the hat. Good quality, durable for a boy!
My daughter loves them, they fit well and sound great. They also fold up nicely, which is a plus. Delivery from Zappos was as fast as ever.

Love this brand. My iPod and I appreciate it! Tried to use it for my cell but it didn't work! Maybe I am doing something wrong. Anywho, I love Skullcandy!
These headphones rule! They sound awesome. But when you have glasses they get kinda uncomfortable.
Very nice headphones. I like the vintage look. The speaker pads are rather small, if I'm wearing earrings they begin to hurt after awhile. I'd still buy this product any day.
