B. Makowsky

I ordered this handbag as an exchange, and I am glad I made the right choice! The bag is perfect in size, color, style; it is organized into many zones in various size, so you can store items of different purpose for easily finding them. Best of all, it has great quality. I carry it to work every day as well as family parties. Thanks to the great service from the customer support staff Scott for having helped processing this order.

This bag is adorable, and I like the crossbody design (it allows me to have my hands free!) but, sadly, this bag is just too small. I carry around a small wallet, eyeglass case, a small pouch containing lip balm and lipstick, a compact, my cell phone and my iPod touch. That seems like a pretty basic purse inventory, but it would not all fit in this bag. Sadly, I have to return it because I just cannot use it.

This bag is big and showy; if you expect that, you will like it. It's more over-the-top than Makowsky usually does and therefore not quite to my liking.

This is a gorgeous leather satchel! It arrived quickly. I couldn't be more satisfied. I will buy from this seller again.

I purchased this in black and the quality of the leather, stitching and hardware is exquisite. Are for the phone is great, keys and quick needed lip gloss goes in the zipper part. Roomy inside fits many large items yet the bag isn't huge.

I have this purse and I love it. I love this brand too but find most of the B. Makowsky handbags are just to large. This is a perferct size. I wish they made more of the same size and also wish they had more colors in this handbag.

The bag is the perfect size. The leather is supple and the design is beautiful and functional. Best of all, by ordering it from Zappos, it arrived really fast.

I love this bag and purchased in black. It is very roomy and big just how I like my bags. The leather is very soft, but I don't like that it sags when you have items in it. It makes it look funny... I'm hoping I can return it for another B. Makowsky.

I love this bag. Not to big or to small. Easy to carry with room for all my gadgets. Will be using this one for a long time because you can see the great quality and design.

I really wanted to love this bag but sadly it wasn't meant to be. Overall the style and size of the bag is good. The silver leather trim is supple and as expected for B. But the downfall is the mass amounts of faux fur; it's course to the touch, looks messy and would likely matte/dirty quickly. Thanks Zappos for the fast shipping/returns!

Nice quality, except it is a little wider than I had hoped for it also squeaks when you walk around with it, which is bothersome.

The leather is lovely, and I agree with the last reviewer that the bag stays close to the body when carried, which is a nice feature for crossbody bags. I've had a very hard time finding good crossbody bags. I use a white cane, so I really need a bag I don't have to fool with over my arm or falling off my shoulder all day. Unfortunately, this bag is not destined to be my one and only love. The ring connecting one of the straps to the bag broke before I had even finished putting my things in the bag. Another con is that the front pockets are hard to use unless your hands are very slender. The ornamentation on the front also looks weirder in person than it does online. It has a very soft, lovely suede and I like the way it hangs, but it's going back.

I got this bag in the color pictured; although the true color comes out much more gorgeous. The bag holds a lot. I miss a center zipped divider, but decided that the slip pocket at the back was great for my cell phone and the deep zippered pockets at the front are great for keys and loads of stuff for quick access. Beautiful bag...prettier even in real life.

I love the looks of this bag... so much that I didn't even think twice about the price. But I'm sending it back because it's just too darn small and it just smooshes into itself so you just have to go back the braille system to find a thing inside. I sure wish it was larger because it sure is a beautiful bag.

Love this purse. This purse is the best purse I have ever owned. It is just the right size. Not too big and not too small. It fits perfect on your shoulder, never falls off. I love the magnetic closures and they hold so tight. The front flap is very deep as well and holds a lot of room. The only thing I wish is they had it in more colors. Thanks Zappos for your wonderful customer service. Ladies, don't sit on the fence about this purse.

I love the B Makowsky handbags and have one. But have passed up several for one reason, usually, and that is the magnetic closure which will strip your credit cards. That is the reason I haven't gotten one bag so far since my last purchase 6 months ago. And oh yes, my fault in one instance, I didn't act quickly upon one zip bag that I adored. Sold! But I will hang in there and hope the magnets go away, at least most of them. I understand their use and look, but not worth the problems. Sorry.

The satchel is much larger than I expected and the leather is very thick which will be heavy once filled up, however, this is a well made bag with a classic style.

This is a great everyday bag that is a little more utilitarian/casual looking in person than I thought it seemed in the pictures. The leather is lovely: it feels sort of like a brushed nubuck rather than having a thick knap like I imagine suede to have. The bag runs on the slouchy side, which I love as it seems to hug my hip when it's worn crossbody. In addition, the strap is super comfortable and can be worn multiple ways. Although the bag isn't particularly lightweight, it carries my items well since it seems to hug my body; it doesn't feel like a hindrance. I can drive or sit with it across my body on the train without a problem. The bag is well thought out. There is a small slip pocket on the backside of the purse big enough to fit my droid phone for quick access or if I m using the headphones. The front has two exterior zipper pockets also big enough to fit my phone or a small coin purse. On the inside (super cute leopard print, by the way!) there's an interior zip pocket and two other slip pockets big enough to fit my phone easily. I can easily fit all my daily essentials, plus a whole lot more (a small paperback).

Wow! This is such a fun purse. Great sections for storing all your belongings. Calf skin on the outside. Very plush. Super soft shoulder harness. For being a large bag it's very light. The tassels on the outside give the purse some fun extra personality.
