Found they ran big. Had to go down half a size. Finally a shoe that is a true WW!
I think these would be great shoes. Very soft and cushiony. Unfortunately the 8.5 was too big and the 8 was too small.

Love these shoes! I have EE wide feet and it is hard to find cute shoes. I ordered a 10 and they were too loose. I sent them back and got the 9 1/2 and the are so super comfy. Love the wide selection & free shipping!
Love these shoes! Very cute, and comfortable. The insole is nicely cushioned for all-day comfort, and the rose detail is super cute. They do run large, however. I'm normally a 6.5 and had to go to a 7 in these.
These shoes are deceptively comfortable. I normally wear a size 8.5 W or WW. So I ordered one in each size. But they were too big. The back strap wouldn't stay up on my heal. But they felt so comfortable, so I returned them and ordered a size 8W. I wore them around the house many times before committing to them. They felt so comfortable and were very pretty. Then I wore them to my company party and was pretty comfortable at first, but after about 3 hours in the shoes, my pinky toes were so sore and red. I had to take them off to walk. The heal strap kept falling off, and the shoes got scuffed with black marks from the heals. I'm regretting my purchase now.
These shoes completely satisfied the requirements I had for them and expect from Zappos. They fit exactly as sized. I needed a wide width with a little bit of style. Check! I need them to be comfortable straight out of the box as I hit the ground running. Check, check! A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Zappos delivers!
I bought these shoes a little over a year ago, and I find that they run about a 1/2 size large. The buckle seems flimsy to me, but they are comfortable.
I have a very thin and narrow foot. I ordered this in narrow, but the ankle strap slips up and down. There is no way to adjust the ankle strap. They are a very pretty shoe.
Cute and comfortable, but my heel was slipping out of the back even though the shoes felt just a bit snug. Had to go back.
Like the shoe. Generally get a wide shoe and this fit nicely, not too thin and not too wide. Like Goldilocks, they fit "just right."
A simple stylish shoe! I took a chance, after reading many reviews, I also had the problem of a narrow toe box and wide heel fit, so my toes were cramped and my heel was sliping. Not a good combo. I usually wear a 9 and ordered a 8.5. Great price, but back they go. Thanks for your service Zappos!
I love these shoes. I am not usually a heel wearer but I find these to be very comfortable with a cushiony insole.I also liked the great service.
I love this style of shoe. It's so cute. I haven't worn them for any great length of time yet, but when I tried them on, they were very comfortable, but a little long. However, they were perfect in the width and I have a very wide foot. (Btw, I bought an 8WW).
