Smith Optics

The Smith blue mirror polarized lens is one of the darkest available on the market. Its clarity is sensational. If you live in bright, bright conditions, or are constantly driving, or on water, this is the lens for you. I couldn't be happier. Now Smith needs to include this lens in a modern, rectangular metal aviator, and I'd buy several.

I really liked these shades. I normally wear more athletic looking shades but had tried other Aviator styles and they just seemed like I was trying to hard to look cool. These fit well on what I would call a medium face, they are stylish but understated and the clarity is great. They are highly recommend.

I have a very small face and these glasses fit me perfectly. Very stylish and I get complements every time I wear them. Also, I had another pair of Smith Glasses that the ear piece fell off after some time and Smith replaced it right away with no hassle. I will now always be a customer of Zappos and Smith.

These glasses were exactly what I was looking for. After trying on countless glasses looking for the perfect wrap sporty shades I was so happy to have found these. I bought a pair of Kaenon Dlite's but they were huge on me. I have a small face but the Novella's fit snug and wrap around perfectly. I've received countless complements on them. I have had mahy pairs of Smith glasses and have been happy with every single pair...but these are my favorite by far.

Love these glasses. This is my second pair (my first pair lasting many years). I love how they contour to the curve of your face (not sticking out sideways beyond your temples).

I love Zappos and loved the glasses. Unfortunately, they did not fit, so I gave to my sis and she loved them. I'm looking for the same but a bigger size.

I used to have a pair of I-Ski sunglasses exactly like this in the early 80s and loved them. Until now, I assumed the brand had been discontinued. I can't believe Smith has reissued them and for this price, I couldn't turn down the chance to get another pair. They just arrived and are exactly as I remember...right down to the I-Ski metal logo on the side. They fit great and the look is totally retro. Well done!

These are great glasses for cycling and multi-sport. The lenses are easy to swap out and come in a nice, durable case. The lenses themselves are excellent and do a great job of cutting glare (mirrored), increasing contrast (red), or just keeping bugs out of my eyes while I commute in the early morning hours (clear). The visibility around the edges is superb and let you catch everything in your peripheral vision - like pesky cars that want to run you down or the occasional cyclist who doesn't believe in announcing themselves. Rude. Overall - super pleased with these. They fit well on a medium sized noggin even though many Smith sunglasses are made for smaller faces and don't look obscenely ridiculous as far as cycling glasses go.

Very light for glass glasses. The Polarchromic is worth the extra money. Best sunglasses I've ever owned. Only gripe is that the eye coverage is smaller than I expected. A tighter fitting frame than I'm used to.

Foremost, Zappos (and Smith) came through at many levels! I am ultimately looking for a pair of "copper or iridium lenses, not brown", polarized, photochromic with 'no line bifocals'... yeah, a tall order for OTC (still questing); however, perusing Zappos I bought & have been wearing for a couple of months the Smith Optics -Lochsa-Ready-To-Wear Bifocals...Polarized and in Copper! Smith's quality is apparent at all levels, the frame composite (light as a feather) and lens performance, superior visual acuity enhanced by 'copper tint' and polarization coupled with "hands free" bifocals (+2.0 - my Rx), plug in your Rx and buy these now!

I'm only 5', so needless to say I have a small face. These glasses look great and they are the best for clarity in the sun. Love them! Also for a wire frame they are extremely comfortable

This is an awesome product! They have a great aviator style with wrap around benefit. The glasses are comfortable and stylish. I have seen other reviews about easily scratched lenses but I am super careful and do not ever close them so I have not had a problem. As always, Zappos is the best. I recommend friends and family use Zappos any chance they get.

These are great. They are very comfortable, wrap around nicely in a way that Ray-Bans don't and I feel Ray-Bans always look silly on me for this reason. I'm a girl with a long face and this are nice and big and fashionable -- I also like the wrap around aspect because I can wear them in my hair more easily. I've never done mirrored lenses before but these are really fun, they look insane in the picture and they are mirrored for sure, but slightly more subtle.

I bought these for fishing (mainly to see stripers on the flats) and they are awesome. The bottom opens up and my window of visibility extended easily a dozen feet beyond my old glasses. The only downside is a very slight tendency to fog up, but sliding them down for a few moments clears it up. I'd recommend these.

I tried both the V90 and V90 Max. I decided to get V90 Max for both my husband and me. I will use them primarily for cycling. The lens on the V90 Max is bigger so no issue with sunlight/glare around the edges. The yellow mirrors are nice, and dark, while the ignitor lens will be great for grey days. Nice!

This is the 3rd pair of Smith Optics glasses I've owned and this pair is just as good as the others. I haven't tried to swap the lenses around, so I can't speak to the ease of process. They felt a little tight at first and I have a smaller face/head. Didn't take long to get used to them, however. These are very light as well. Overall, I would recommend these glasses.

Really happy with this purchase, it was the first time I've ever bought sunglasses online without trying them on first. The pictures and video definitely helped.These sunglasses are really stylish, comfortable, and have great lenses. I rocked them over the 4th of July and got a ton of compliments.
