Dakine

Ordered this as a work bag for my 15.6 inch laptop. Since it says it fits most 15 inch laptops I wasn't sure it mine would fit, but it did with room to spare. I love the fabric. It is really pretty without being too girlie. I am a professional and using this to transport my work computer. The other pocket (non Laptop) is spacious and I am able to carry all my work papers, pens, notepads with room to spare. This is my first Dakine item and I am pleased with the quality.

I really wanted to love this, but sadly had to return to Zappos; here is a breakdown of why. 1) I ordered this for use with a 17 and a 15 inch laptop (I have one for work and one for home). The 17 inch barely fit in the bag. It was too tight of a fit for me to keep as a 17 inch laptop bag. 2) No matter which computer I put into the padded laptop pocket it caused that side of the bag to collapse onto itself. It is a pet peeve of mine when a bag doesn't hold its' shape. So that was another strike. There were some good attributes to the bag. It was well made and the fabric was pretty (the tartan, which I don't see as being available now). The straps were comfortable and the bag had a nice clean look.

Beautiful pack. Stiff fabric. Zippers only go one way so not as easy to get into. People comment on it all the time.

Bought this for my hubby; he was absolutely thrilled with it. He loved all the different compartments and the amount of stuff he could fit!

I ordered this bag in Lolani. I have been on the hunt to replace my old backpack. I saw a classmate from my Anatomy class with this backpack with the blue plaid and I really liked it especially it being a top load zip (my old backpack was a flap load zip...a major pain) and the various neat compartments. I really like this. It repels water and great strategic compartments. I love Zappos to death.

This is a great bag. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it has suited all my needs. I love all of the added in pockets for holding all of my stuff. The only downsides to this bag are that it can be occasionally small for everything I need to carry (aka 3 large books and a laptop), and that when it is a little full, a water bottle won't fit in the sides, let alone 2. Overall, great product.

I bought one of the earlier split rollers in 2006. After 5 years of heavy use the main zipper broke. It took one email to Dakine and they replaced it with a brand new bag. This one is even better than the one I had. Great customer service. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it. Thanks.

Great bag! Holds my Ride 150, boots, and outerwear nice and snug. The color is great...doesn't get lost in the sea of black.

The pattern on this bag is pretty. It's very tiny, smaller than other day packs I have owned. The inside pastel pattern is lovely. It holds my color Nook, long wallet, iPod classic, hand sanitizer, a few pens, and a small cell phone. Another reviewer mentioned carrying her shoes in it. Don't buy this expecting to carry your shoes in it, unless you have really small feet. I wear a size 6 and my shoes wont fit. Nor can it fit groceries. But if you want a small pack for maybe cycling, or as a gift for a young girl, then it's a good buy.

I love this bag! It can fit everything I need for work/school in it along with my 15.6" laptop. My only complaint is that there is no carrying handle at the top of the bag, other than it is perfect!

Could not be happier with this purchase. If you travel often, there is just no other bag that you could need more.

Beware, this bag looks (to me at least) dark grey and black, but in person it is an army greenish-color. It's a great shape, and I'm still deciding if I'll keep it or not, but the color is very misleading, especially because I believe that it is under the black category.

I have had an earlier version of this bag for about 10 years - and I absolutely love it. It has gone around the world with me on numerous treks (China, Russia/Baltics, Africa, Antarctica, New Zealand/Australia), and the compartments make it so much easier to deal with these extended trips, almost like taking a dresser, with storage areas for everything. I am ready for a new one, but my other is still working, just a bit worn (and one sad zipper).

I give this bag four stars because my Thinkpad T420 barely fits. And after I get that and my mouse and power cord in there, there is barely enough room for anything else in the main pocket. The number of exterior pockets is nice, but I wish they would turn one of the end pockets into a water bottle holder. Also, it has nice, wide comfortable straps. Overall I like this bag and will continue to carry it as my main laptop bag.

I wanted to keep this bag, I really did. Loved the color (riviera), the organization, and the comfort/ease of carrying. Unfortunately, I was looking for one bag that could take the place of the 3 separate bags I've been hauling into the office (gym bag, lunch bag, purse), and unfortunately the Sarita wasn't big enough to accommodate everything (ended up with the Dakine Avani). The mat holder was a bit tight for my 4mm mat, and I had to put the mat in first before I could fill the bag with other things. This bag is probably perfect if you don't need to haul an entire day's worth of stuff around. I would have kept it if I didn't already have a bag that does that.

Amazing product, super comfortable, durable and spacious. I carry my 13 in macbook and book for 12 hours at school a day. This bag is sleek with a great design and make me feel safe with my macbook close and secure!

I really love the look of this casual bag. I chose the grey with purple flowers. The external pockets fit my cell phone and extra shopping bag perfectly. The inside was roomy and the organizing pockets were good for my trinkets, although I would have liked a few pen holders. Sadly, I had to return it because the straps were too long and made the bag uncomfortable to carry.

Wow! I bought this backpack because my messenger bag was killing my shoulders. It's like heaven on my back! Also, it has just the right amount of pockets, a spot for everything without causing you to rifle through each compartment. Finally, the color/design. I've had Eve for for two days and have received countless compliments. One woman noted that it's just unique enough without being overdone. As usual, Zappos was spot on with delivery.

I absolutely love this bag! It matches the snowboard bag I have from Dakine and it is really functional! It holds a lot more than it looks like! I usually put my change of clothes in it for after snowboarding, but it can be used for a bunch of other things too! It can be used as an overnight bag, gym bag, and more! It even has plenty of room for a laptop! It is not meant for a laptop, so there is not any padding, but if you have your computer in the case, it is perfect!

Gloves are comfortable to wear, though I do wish they were longer at the wrist. There is a gap between the gloves and my jacket cuffs.
