I really want to like these shoes. The strap design is so cool. I tried both the 42 and the 43. On the 43, the molding on the footbed fit my foot well, but the straps were really too high/big/roomy. The 42 had slightly smaller straps, but the footbed didn't fit as well. The straps are surprisingly large in general, though.

These are so gorgeous. The material is very modern and the color neutral. They do run big. I'm an 8.5 or 9 US and always a 39 Euro. Birkenstock's 39 is a full size too large for me.

I love these shoes! I ordered these shoes after finding nothing that was comfortable to walk in with Plantar Fasciitis. These are a godsend, and I love the metallic silver color! I wear them with everything. They take a few weeks to break in, but once they're broken in, they are absolutely amazing! I love them, and I wish they had shoes for me to buy for winter! They were there for me when my Keens weren't doing the job!

The Papillio Gizeh in Silver Metallic are super comfy, without looking frumpy all the while maintaining a stylish look. A perfect pair of sandals to walk to/from the office before slipping on those sky-high heels.

These were the "It" sandals in Denmark when I visited this summer; I was DYING for a pair. I could not find any in Copenhagen, so I ordered them from Zappos for arrival when I got home. The style is just terrific. These are very comfortable. But for my truly terrible feet, I find that they do not provide the level of support I need to go for long hours of wear. If I am doing shopping or lots of walking, I cannot get by in these; ironically, a much less expensive FitFlop provides more support! If you have flat feet you will find these do offer arch support but for this person at least, not enough to get through an active weekend. My legs and feet ache if wear these for more than a few hours. I am not obese or elderly - just flat-footed! For the average person, I think these are great sandals. They work best for me at a casual social event like a backyard barbeque.

Very cute and so comfortable. New, just out of the box, I took them on vacation and walked all over Montreal - no blisters, no discomfort. But tons of compliments.

These are very cute looking on and they are also very comfortable. I got the dark silver and it is a very pretty color. I am very happy with this purchase.

Our daughter, who is a college senior, has some problems with her knees. The ordinary flip-flops just do not cut it! These shoes not only look great, but are much better for her feet! Thanks Zappos for great service!

Birkenstock are the only shoes I wear year round. This is, however, the first pair I've purchased in a thong. The hard plastic "thong" piece bothers me between my toes, but it may be because I just haven't worn any type of thong since I was young! The material covers more of the big toe (up to the base of the cuticle) than I thought it would. Still, the toenail is visible for the ladies who polish their toenails. The shoe itself is the same great Birkenstock. Comfort, excellent arch support and molds to your specific foot. I no longer have foot problems since wearing Birks! As usual, Zappos has the greatest service and fastest shipping! I've been buying all my shoes at Zappos! Superb!

I really like this style; I have several different colors. This style is one of the few sandals I can wear that does not bother the bunion on my big toe. I teach in these and can wear them all day with ease!

These sandals are so cute and comfortable. I purchased the snakeskin and the white ones and I could not be happier. I am looking into other colors. They run true to size.

I got these sandals for myself, usually a 7 1/2, but gave them to my daughter who wears an 8 1/2. She wasn't too sure about the style in the beginning, but the comfort was too good to give up. They look great on her with skirts, shorts or pants and I'm glad to see her in something with good arch support.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the order to delivery to the product. The fit is right on! These are wonderful shoes for plantar facitis. I will use Zappos in the future and have already recommended them to my family.
