"Zappos- I wanted to take a moment to respond to your mail. Thank you for making shoe shopping so easy. Last night I went to a local shoe store in search of Born sandals. The whole experience was frustrating due to pushy sales people and a lack of inventory in the size, brand and color I was looking for. I came home and ordered 3 Born sandals from Zappos. The shopping experience was very easy...the hardest part was trying to narrow down my selection since there were so many cute styles available in my size. The down side is that I won't know if the shoes will fit until they arrive. If they don't, the return will be easy...just print the label, tape the box and head over to the UPS drive thru around the corner. And now for a confession, I only need one pair of sandals but if all 3 fit, I'm sure I will not be heading to UPS! Thanks. "
