The Bourne brand, established in England in 2004, is a uniquely designed collection of elegant shoes and matching accessories appealing to the glamorous lifestyle of the cosmopolitan woman. The company’s focus is to provide highly specified luxury looks at an affordable price with excellent customer service being a key component. Initially the target distribution was quality independent boutiques but due to an excellent first season, the collection soon made its way into Selfridges, Fenwicks of Bond Street, Harrods, Harvey Nicholls (London and Hong Kong).

The Spring/Summer 2008 collection offers a glittering mix of shoes and matching handbags ranging from sophisticated classics through to boldly colorful holiday looks.

The collection can be separated into four main segments:

Daywear Shoe Collection is crisp and includes material mixes of St. Tropez denim, snake, leopard print, metallics. It contains both flat and sexy heel silhouettes with stylish coordinating accessories.

The Classic Shoe Collection is elegant, in neutral shades of taupe, nude, metallic and timeless black. Shapes include smart points, cigarette heels, peeps, and the new square toe to name a few. There is a variety of detail from pleating and Swarovski® crystals to rich embroideries and chiffon overlays.

The Holiday Shoe Range is fun, exotic, sassy and individual. Here we see woods, platforms, wedges, floral prints, giant gems and jeweled cork making confident statements against a color backdrop of white, gold, raspberry and hot metals.

And finally, a beautifully romantic Wedding Shoe Collection is introduced for 2008.

Bourne uses only the finest materials. Shoes have leather linings and sueded leather soles.
