Living in Pullman, Wa., it is very difficult to find places that carry a good selection of shoes. With Zappos, I am able to go on line and find my size (D width), color and style. I am able to order several pair which gives me chance to try on for size, comfortablility and match up with whatever I will be wearing with them. One time I received a pair of shoes, both for the left foot. When I called Zappos, they sent out a new pair to replace them, one day air. What service and they did everything they could to make a happy customer. Returns are so easy and they handle them quite efficiently. I have been a customer of Zappos for several years now and really appreciate their customer satisfaction and care.

This is a really cute shoe but the footbed is not one solid piece of material. It cuts across the ball of your foot and therefore is uncomfortable. I would have kept the shoe otherwise.

Pretty great for a gal who can't wear heels! I have always found heels painful, but now that I have back and tailbone issues I just CAN'T wear heels, but it is hard for me to find cute stuff in sandals or flats. My only warning about this shoe is that the (W) wide and (WW) double wide widths are exactly the same footbed. I ordered both in various sizes and when I held the 8W and the 8WW sole to sole they were identical!! The strap that wraps around the heel and buckles at the ankle is longer on the WW and I felt like the strap that goes from between the toe to the sides of the shoe was a little tighter in the WW, so I would go with just the regular W it seemed more comfortable to me. And the W is wide enough for my foot, I normally wear just a W not WW anyway, but due to the open nature of the shoe, I was worried about spillover. I ended up getting silver and red in various sizes and I was lucky enough that the red matched my dress perfectly so that is what I will wear (that is what I really wanted, but I was worried it would be a different red than I needed, so I got the silver for backup). The red has orange undertones rather than purple which has actually been hard for me to find. Keep that in mind when you order depending on the color of your red outfit if you are picky about shades matching like I am. Last the only thing that I would complain about is that the footbed is white except at the toe so if your heel does not line up with the end of the shoe perfectly it is a little distracting to me. Normally I wear an 8.5 W in sneakers, so I ordered both 8.5 and 8 in W and WW. I already mentioned the slight difference between W and WW in strap length, so as far as shoe length goes the 8.5 was too long, but I also felt like the 8 had a little extra room: between half an inch to an inch in the toe (depending on how I stand and which foot it is (my left is a tiny bit shorter than my right), and maybe a quarter inch in the heel (again depending on how I stand), so now I am ordering a 7.5 W just to see if that fits better. I like sandals to fit without extra footbed if possible (of course without being so short that my foot hangs over in the toe or heel). So my final choice will either be the 8W or the 7.5W depending on where my heel and toe fall on the footbed and I normally wear an 8.5W in sneakers and dress shoes, but sandals being open run different for me. If you are less picky than I am, you should love this shoe no problem!

Gorgeous shoe. I'm used to wearing "old lady" shoes, so I don't find these particularly comfortable. However, they are gorgeous. I'll carry them with me, and put them on upon arrival for dinner and social functions.

Bouquets Newport - I loved the look of the shoe. However, I am returning it because it is of manmade material and the description stated that the shoe style is of leather or patent upper. My shoe was neither. The embellishment makes the shoe look more expensive, but I was disappointed with the material of the shoe. The 8.5 wide was ideal for me although it was a little loose at the instep.

Great look - I bought these to wear with my wedding dress and they are perfect. I didn't expect them to be as comfortable as they are but don't expect a running shoe that looks like a sandal!

Fantastic shoes - These shoes are sexy even though they are flat & that's hard to find in a flat shoe! They are comfortable & you can arrange the strap that goes around your ankle so it fits just right. Super cute shoe.

Awesome shoe - I loved this shoe. I bought it for a gala and I have never been so comfortable. I wear them everywhere and am getting more in different colors. The only downside is that the jewelry on the shoe started coming off after the first time.

Impressed As A First Time Customer - I have very wide feet so I ordered the WW and they were too wide for me. I should have gotten the W but other than that it is a comfortable shoe, looks exactly like it did on the site and I was impressed with customer service & expedient delivery of product. Will definitely be back to buy more!

Cute shoe - I love the look of this shoe. I bought it in gold, and the color is a soft and pretty (rather than garish) tone. The "jewels" on top of the right shoe can be felt when I walk and that is a little uncomfortable. There is no padding on the sole, so I don't think I would wear them for hours and hours. I wore them for about four hours and they were ok. Overall a very cute shoe, but not extremely comfy.

I wore these as Mother of the Bride and they felt great. I felt like a princess in them. Many people complimented me on them.

Bouquets Newport - The Bouquet Newport sandals are so pretty that I ordered it in two colors. White and gold. They are very pretty and glitzy but I had to return both pairs as my usual size 8WW did not fit. The toe bed was too long on this shoe (by about 1/2 inch) and even with an adjustable back strap they were just too long. The width was good for my flat wide foot. I will try them in the next size smaller. All hardware on the shoe is gold color.

Bought a second pair I liked them so much -- I already had these in black patent/silver, size 8.5WW that I purchased over the summer and wore often and rec'd a LOT of compliments! Just bought them in gold for holiday party season in Phoenix -- in an 8.0WW -- and they fit good, too. I would be hard-pressed to say which pair actually fits my very wide, very high instep foot...probably the 8.5WW, even though 8WW is my regular size. The length of the strap from between my toes to the instep is just a tad bit more comfortable on the bigger size. The gold is very pretty -- not too bright or too shiny gold, more of a soft or almost brushed gold -- so soft and pretty! No arch support, but comfortable enough to wear dancing all night long! Am considering buying this shoe in more colors, now, too!

A great sandal - Having very wide feet, I have had a problem finding a pretty gold sandal and I really struck gold with this one!

I love this shoe, it is beautiful, dressy enough for an evening out but can wear with casual clothes also - I need a wide width and it was perfect. The only thing I would change is the heel; (that’s why it got 4 stars) it is clunky and heavy - it would be the most perfect sandal if the heel was same height but more like a wedge or just a flat sandal.

I must admit... I am of that age where I can no longer sacrifice comfort for fashion -- however, I didn't have to in the case of Bouquets Newport! I have wide-wide feet and have had difficulty finding shoes, all my life, that do not look like orthopedic shoes or make my feet look huge or cost a small fortune or, well, if you have very wide feet I'm sure you know what I mean and you will love these sandals! I bought them in black to wear with a silk dress to a summer "dress-up" party -- I wore them for 7 hours+ and danced and walked around on a concrete floor and loved every minute it! And, by not sitting all night, I think it actually helped keep my feet from swelling! Hurrah! The "bling" is gorgeous, and I got a lot of compliments, too! I've come back to buy a pair with gold tone trim (the black has silver). I cannot say enough positive things about this shoe! Looks oh so cute with jeans, too! Black/silver sandals, dark jeans, white blouse and best silver-tone jewelry on casual date night -- It's a really pleasant surprise to realize you can feel sexy and special and even more so when your feet don't hurt! Have I mentioned I LOVE these shoes???!!!

Cute Sandal! I was very pleased to receive these sandals the very next day after placing my order! I wore them out shopping the same day and got 2 compliments. Other reviewers have said they are noisy but I didn't seem to have that problem. The embellishments are really shiny and clear and give off quite a sparkle! LOVE them in navy.
