100% Satifaction! Without being able to see in person and try them on, I was hesitant about ordering shoes for my wedding day over the internet. When I could not find what I was looking for in stores, I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at the speed of delivery (ordered on Monday, shoes arrived Wedneday!) and the quality of the shoe. It was exactly what I was looking for and was half the price of in-store shoes I had been looking at!!

Wonderful shoes for a wedding - I ordered these shoes in ivory for a wedding I was in on Martha's Vineyard, MA. The wedding was held outdoors and the shoes held up beautifully. I walked up and down steep hills and not once did the heels dig into the ground and cause me to fall. The shoes were incredibly comfortable. My feet were not pinched or sore after wearing them for hours and dancing in them. I also want to add that the service at Zappos.com was excellent. I had to return the original shoes I received because they were too big and I received my new pair immediately. Thank you very much.

Zappos good ... shoes bad ... Zappos service could not have been better - I got my shoes really fast & at no additional charge. The shoes however were not as comfortable for me as they were for some of the other women here - the rough, slim straps pinched my toes & they "clomped" like clogs when I walked. Not very graceful for a bride! So unfortunately, they're going right back to Zappos.

A very happy person - I was having the hardest time finding a pair of dress shoes to go with a dress for a formal dinner dance. Most of the styles had heels that were just too high and too thin for my taste. Then I happened on your site and decided to take a chance. What a nice surprise when the shoes arrived. Boquets's Jenny - I ordered these for prom but they're really hard to walk in. The ankle strap doesn't really help the shoe stay on your foot and the thin straps in the front cut into your toes. They're really cute, but really uncomfortable. So if you can manage to walk in them get them...

Beautiful!!! I want to tell everyone how COMFORTABLE the ivory Jenny's are!!!! I'm going to wear it proudly on my wedding day. I tried the ivory ones on earlier and it is so cushiony and comfortable. The shipment came quickly, too. I placed the order with an extremely nice lady on the phone two days ago and it arrived in two days!!!! Pretty to Look At - I ordered these (and had great service) along with another style. I did not think this shoe was comfortable- I would not be able to wear it all day for my wedding. I decided on the Marcella in ivory(also by Bouquets) and am very happy with my choice!

Pretty shoe but ivory was more like champagne - I ordered these to match my ivory wedding dress but they are more of a goldish champagne. I noticed other brides on here ordered the ivory and were happy, but maybe my shade was off. Zappos has great customer service though.

I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I bought these shoes for my wedding day, they matched beautifully!! The heel gave me stability that I needed and comfort. Everyone loved them and I felt good that I made such a good choice...Would recommend them to others...The shipping was fast, will definitely buy again!!!!

So cute...it's unfortunate - I absolutely love the look of these shoes. I bought them for my wedding, but they have what I call the "foot flop effect." Your heel actually comes up off the shoe and you flip flop around. The straps in front are really uncomfortable too. Too bad they're so cute. I don't want to send them back, but I'm affraid I'll have too many painful looking pictures. Zappos is wonderful! I received them 2 days after ordering!

Very cute shoe. I bought these for my wedding this summer. I had to return them though because (like others) I found that the heel slapped when I walked in them. Delivery was fast and Zappos is great!

Shoe looks even prettier in person! The bad news is that this shoe is a little tight across the top of the foot. I'm anticipating that it will be fine with stockings on, but just trying it on, I could tell it's a bit tight. However, I was desperately searching for blue shoes to wear at my wedding and the second I saw these, I knew they were perfect! My shoes came in two days - with paying nothing extra for shipping. If it's possible, when I opened the box, these shoes were even more perfect than how they looked on the website.

Great shoe for the price! I bought these shoes to wear on my wedding day. I was desperately looking for light blue shoes and these were perfect! If anything, they are even more beautiful in person than they look on the website - the whole shoe is made of a "shimmery" fabric. However, as some others have stated, they do pinch the toes. I have bought flip flops to wear at the reception! :) Just couldn't send them back, they are so cute! A+ to Zappos - they arrived in 2 days and free shipping! No complaints!

Very Cute - I bought an ivory pair of these for my wedding, and I liked them so well that I bought a black pair also. These shoes are so cute, and the heel is not so high you'll break your neck! Not something I want to worry about walking down the isle!
