I loved these shoes, but had to return them. They are beautiful and they were comfortable but the heel strap would not stay on and is not adjustable. If I had been able to adjust the strap at all or if the strap had been tighter (it has some elastic at the back of the strap, but it's loose), I definitely would've kept them! It made me sad as they were perfect otherwise, but you just can't have a strap that won't stay put--especially if you're the mother of the bride and there's dancing at the reception!
