As usual the service was excellent. I received these shoes the following day. These shoes were true to size and are very comfortable. I have worn them regularly for three weeks and have no complaints. Excellent quality at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

PERFECT!!
I have an extra wide foot and I was recently forced to delve into the world of online shoe shopping. I am glad I found Zappos.com. The shoes arrived in 3 days. They make it real easy to exchange them if you need to. Luckily I didn't have to because these shoes look and fit great. They are true to size and the pictures provided by Zappos.com really showed the quality of the shoes. I would definitely recommend the Bostonian Pollino's and make sure you order them from Zappos.com

The shoes felt a little narrow to me and rubbed a small blister on my ankle, which is the only reason that I did not rate them 5 stars for comfort.

On my third pair....
I have bought three pairs and I'm trying to get them in the burgundy, but Zappos is out of stock. The leather is soft and of high quality. Even though the soles are worn out, the uppers look great. I highly recommend these shoes!

Classic look and great feel. Color is perfect!
As always, received exceptional service from Zappos. I purchased the burgundy color and it is the perfect color; classic business casual, but can be worn with a suit and looks very nice. Sized right at 12M, but I would've fared better with 11.5W and they were out of that size (this is the reason I give it 4 stars for comfort....just not quite perfect). Highly recommended!

Zappos is absolutely incredible! I ordered these shoes for my son who was away at college. They were a Christmas gift, and of course, I waited until almost the last minute to place an order. In spite of the Christmas rush, these shoes were on my doorstep the next day! I ordered his usual size, and they fit perfectly. They are so rich-looking. Truly a beautiful shoe.

The shoes are excellent and I can not say how great the customer service was/is. I don't know if I like the shoes or the way the associates at Zappos better. Ok, it's the shoes, but it was very close. Keep up the wonderful customer support!!

Great Looking Shoe!!!
These are my second pair of Bostonians and I definitely need to own more. The Pollino is a great looking shoe. Nice finish and great leather (I own them in brown). My only small comment is that the leather shows even the lightest scuffs so keep them polished.

Excellent value in a dress shoe.
It's rare that I to wear a suit and I have only worn my Pollinos with a suit or jacket. I think the shoe has a more expensive look than the actually price and that's always nice if you're looking for a stylish dress shoe. I usually buy 9.5 or 10 EE, and I ordered the Pollino in the 10 W. It fits perfectly and is very, very comfortable.

First time user of Zappos and received my shoes very, very quickly. Shoes were great quality with a great price. Had a small problem and they took care of it IMMEDIATELY!! I have recommended Zappos for many so far. The shoes broke-in very well and become comfortable quickly.

Two-tone shoes!
These shoes were comfortable and I like the style, but the deerskin vamp means that they are two-tone shoes! I didn't see that in the picture and really didn't like the look. If they were a single color, I would definitely have kept them...

Same fit and quality as other Bostonians -
I had some other Bostonians before and they fit well so I decided to try some more. The Pollino fit well and the size was accurate. I was not disappointed. The rubber nubs on the sole add some extra traction.

Shoes are very nice...exactly as described. Not the most comfortable at first like most Bostonians but they break in real nice. Also after a bit of polish they hold a shine very well, which is why I like Bostonians so well.
