Zappos.com works great for me - Great web site. I ordered my first pair a half size too big. It was easy to send back and I ordered a smaller size. That shoe came with defects. I called and spoke with a very capable service rep, sent the second pair back, and when notified another pair was available I ordered again. The third shipment was a success. The return process is so streamlined that I did not mind the returns. I look forward to shopping at Zappos.com in the future.

Bostonian Evanston: "My husband's favorite shoe!" My husband is an outside salesman; comfort and appearance are important to him. This particular shoe is a staple in his attire. He loves the classic look of the shoe and it fits him perfectly. I love the fact that since I have discovered Zappos, all I have to do is get on your website, order the shoes, and they arrive virtually overnight! I used to have to look everywhere to find this shoe! Not only is the shoe perfect for my husband, but Zappos is perfect for me!

Nice corporate shoe - This is a comfortable shoe to wear with corporate apparel. Very durable and long lasting shoe.

Brands I'd also recommend: Try the Charlton for the casual work days---very comfortable all day long.

Looks great but comfort is awful - I recently purchased these shoes for my husband after reading some reviews thought they sounded like a good fit. The shoes definitely are true to size and look very nice but the leather is stiff and hard and are not comfortable for extended periods of time.

Excellent - The Evanston style is the perfect combination of a dress shoe to wear with a suit or 'business casual' to wear with any slacks. The shoes were broken in after the first couple days wearing them. I read one review saying they weren't comfortable, I disagree. "Comfortable" in a dress shoe is not the same as in a casual shoe. Dress shoes will never be as comfortable as Dockers or other boat shoes. So, for a dress shoe, I think they are as comfortable as one can get. I can easily wear them all day. Highly recommend.

Great Shoe - Even Better Service - This shoe is really a pleasure to own. The look is smart, the fit is right on and after the initial wearing of them, they are very comfortable. Great dress shoe - I just received my shoes today. I put them on after working a full day so I could get the actual feel of the shoe. They are quite comfortable right out of the box. The heel support is incredible, while the balls of your feet weren't as comfortable but still felt quite good. This is an amazing shoe with great looks, feel and comfortable. I work in a very upscale business style atmosphere and this shoe will fit in great. I'm going to buy an insole just for the balls of my feet then these shoes will be of the utmost highest comfort. The arch in my foot is normal so the arch support also felt great. Zappos has them at a great price and very fast shipping. I highly recommend this shoe.
