A really beautiful shoe, and very comfortable. I wish they were cheaper, though. Great with navy or grey suits, but I will say this: they are almost too formal for some settings, e.g., an academic conference or for teachers. Would be good for weddings, business people in interviews, lawyers, etc., but not for those of us who actually have to try to look a bit nerdy and less formal.

I ordered these shoes for my father-in-law to wear to my daughter's commencement. Because he wears a narrow I went straight to Zappos and I found this shoe on the first try. He loved them and they fit perfectly. He was in them for 10 hours and said they were so comfortable and felt like he'd already broken them in. They looked so good, even better in real life. It was his first time shopping Zappos and he was so impressed with the way you could view the bottom of the shoe since he wanted leather soles. Also the speed of service, and of course his shoes. Thanks for saving the day! (We used over night shipping, that's how fast we needed them and you came through!) Thanks again!

This is my first pair of oxfords in a long time, and these Bostonian's are a comfortable pair. I normally wear a size 7, but tried these out in a 6.5 W (EE) and couldn't be more happy. Worn first to a wedding, they provided plenty of comfort.

The Andover provides an excellent fit and look. I was very impressed with the quality. Having B width is challenging when it comes to finding a good fit and selection but the Bostonian Andover was perfect! I would recommend anyone with hard to fit sizes to Zappos.

Nice shoe. Is a bit tight, and I think that is because it is narrower than marked. (I did order a narrow shoe.)

In a way, the shoe is beside the point. No one can go wrong with a shoe from Bostonian. The service is the key. Without fail, you get delivery well ahead of time, every time. I buy all my shoes - dress, athletic, etc. - from Zappos. And, I use Zappos as a best case company in my service marketing class.

I am totally pleased with the quality, service, price and delivery of the shoes I ordered. I wear a size 15 and it is hard to get the style, make of shoe in any store. Especially Bostonian shoes which is high quality. My shipment came ahead of time. I could not be happier with this order and plan on using this site from now on when purchasing shoes.

This is my third pair of Bostonian Andover shoes. These are great shoes and wear like iron. They shine up great with polish and a horse hair brush, tough to beat the shine. I have a pair that is over 10 years old and on sole number two and they still look great. Keep them in trees and keep them dry.

My experience with Zappos was excellent. My shoes were exactly what I wanted and were delivered rapidly at a reasonable price. It is hard to find shoes that fit me in my local area because I am a small person, so the Zappos option is really appreciated.

Shoe's surface scuffs and marks easily. And the original laces are very stiff and rigid; they keep sticking up in the air when they are tied. The price of the shoe seems too high, but other than that, it is an okay pair of shoes.

I always order from Zappos and have never had any problems. Their service is excellent and the stuff is always shipped so quickly and with care. Bostonian shoes are the only thing that fit my very narrow size 14 foot. They are hard to break in like most quality dress shoes however I highly recommend these shoes. I have bought at least six pairs from Zappos now along with sandals and other items and have been highly impressed. Given my hard to fit size they have been able to fit me and I feel safe and secure ordering from Zappos--Awesome online company!

Great shoe, true to size. Had previously purchased the Akron from a brick and mortar. Found it a bit too narrow for my taste (although it was extremely comfortable). No blisters, no heel or ankle rubbing after the first day. Felt broken in almost immediately. I highly recommend this brand/style... and Zappos! was as great as ever with shipping and customer service.

Best customer service ever - I've seen your company's CEO interview on Oprah show and he was emphasizing on customer service. I thought I should give it a try and bought this pair shoes for my husband. Truly I'm baffled by customer service. Thumps up, you guys got yourself another loyal customer.
